Background: Not much is known about Tetra, other than he was found on the outskirts of the Soul Society, in the Dankai Plesibus world and he is an Iramasha. Two soul reapers tried to approach him, but he shot both of them in the head with his two anti-soul pistols. When Kisuke Urahara analyzed his spiritual pressure, he realized that "Target Tetra" (Tetra being he was the tenth most powerful person or thing outside of the soul reapers.) was a huge threat to the Soul Society and ordered the immediate execution, or preferably capture of Tetra.
Tetra kept on killing Soul Reapers, but only those who came after him. To prove a point, Lieutenant Gin Ichimaru went out and did not approach him, but made it sure that Tetra was able to tell he was a soul reaper. Sure enough, Tetra did not attack. Was it because Tetra knew of the plan? Or was it because Tetra did not need to attack him? No one but Tetra knows. Since then he has joined up with his "Family", who taught him the basics of releasing his inner demon. He has since become a major asset to the Iramashas.
Personality: Ice. The element of pure isolation, pure cold, pure...nothingness. That is Tetra. He cares for no one but himself and his goals. If he were a professional assassin, he would be perfect. His coldness was rivaled only by Ulquiorra. He has no connections to anyone so blackmailing him would be pointless.
However...he has power, and loads of it. He will use his powers, even when not necessary. He is also used to over-killing his targets, for a simple reason. Terror. He is not a terrorist in today's terms, but a Terrorist in the days of Genghis Khan. Using force and not brutal murder as a weapon to show terror. He also likes to see his targets suffer when its personal, such as when someone insults his abilities.
