Real name: (we mean the name they are called in Heaven.)
Earth name: (name says it all, the name they are called on Earth.)
Human appearance: (what your angel looks like when they are down in Earth.)
Real appearance: (this is what your angel REALLY looks like.)
Number of wings: (The more wings the powerful, 6 wings max. Only the strongest members can have 6 or 5. Right wing is purity and the left is wisdom.)
Powers: (They can be holy destructive powers or healing. Must pick one, either be the fighters, the holy powers which have weapons or healers, which of course has healing powers and spells.)
Weapon of choice: (Fighters can chose whichever they want, healers get a staff.)
Background: (Basically tell us how your angel was in their human life before they died and how they became an angel by telling us what deeds they had to complete.)
