Bio: Basically she was a little bit unlucky. She would always get into trouble, and the trouble got her killed. It was rather unlucky actually, as well as gruesome. Only at age 17 was she raped, only 4 days after she was suspended from school on suspicion of taking pictures. It was at her apartment, where she lived alone. Police arrived hours after she died. The cause was unknown, though police believe it to be from pure stress, since only a few bruises were on her body, and nothing that would break anything. It was years later that they figured out it was a rare tumor in her brain that had exploded internally, filling her head with...well, details can be thought out.
It was four years, three months, twelve days, and seven hours until a man, dressed in a sort of robe, attempted to save her from a hollow, which resembled a cobra. She was released from the earth by then, and sent to SS. It was a rather odd ordeal, to feel herself being sent to Soul Society. Almost felt nice, too.
She easily found friends, and made friends with one fairly important person, the gate keeper. Every day, for about 4 months, they spoke to each other, also giving enough time for her name to be heard around the heart of Soul Society. It was then that she was chosen to join the Soul Reapers, many appreciating her personality, as well as her strange aura that she seemed to emit.
She breezed through the school with pretty nice grades, even in kido, which she believed she was not good in. When given a weapon one day, around the beginning of her 4th year in the school, it had turned into dust. They tried the next day, and same results. It wasn't until two weeks that they had decided to bring her one of the stranger weapons, two bangles. They immediately clamped to her ankles, as if drawn to her. With them, she began to excel in combat, using kicks and strange forms of fighting.
After she was done with school, around 4 years later, she was to be assigned to a squad. In fact, Heero Hajime, captain of the 13th Court Guard Squad, had recommended her to his squad. He had been watching her for 3 years, a little before she obtained the bangles. He saw her when she obtained her Shikai, and saw when she had released Bankai. At that time she was at a mission with him, for training. Luckily her Spirit had suppressed the reiatsu, or she would have been detected easily.
Now, she is a part of the 13th Court Guard Squad, under Heero Hajime. She was not sure why he chose her, but she was glad anyways, for the alternative was to be in Kenpachi's squad, who of which scared her like crazy most of the time.
A note: She first saw Lantian when she reached Soul Society, but never really took notice until she was accepted into the Academy. In fact, it was her that would turn the swords to ash.
Zanpaktou Spirit
Name: Lantian (Blue Sky)
The little spirit part of Corrine's soul is a little wind fairy. A speedy little thing, often seen as just a bright glowing ball of light without looking very closely at her to see her tiny little slim feminine naked blue body. She is a mischievous spirit often prone to pulling little tricks on her wielder, but it seems to be out of a bit of crush for Corrine, as the little fairy often likes to make lustful comments about Corrine's pulchritude. Playful and whimsical, it is often easy for Corrine to get what information she needs from her spirit with the promise of playing a game or going on an adventure.
The little sprite's inner world is a vast open field with high, lush green grass. Wind is constantly blowing often dependent upon Lantain's mood, which is often synchronized with Corrine's own mood. When they are calm the breeze is gentle with a clear blue sky above, synonymous with Lantain's name. Or another example being, when angry the wind blows hard and wild with a dark and eerie sky with a menacing full moon.
Sealed Zanpakuto:

Shikai Description:
Command: "Let me soar to your greatest heights, Lantian..."
Feng Jingling Xuezi (Wind Fairy Boots)
The pair of dark bangles transform into a pair of glossy black thigh high boots with heels the moment Corrine utters the command. Cyan hues reiatsu radiates from the ankles of the boots, and when making her exceedingly swift kicks the reiatsu can cut as cleanly as a razor blade.
Shikai Abilities:
Wuji: Xuanfeng: (Dancing Skill: Whirlwind) With a swift spin kick she sends a blast of tornado-like wind right for her target. The lashing whirling winds attempt to shred apart what they strike. Its function is much like the Kidou Hadou spell, Tenran.
Wuji: Genjian Huapo: (Dancing Skill: Heel Slash) This is a somewhat passive ability. With each spin kick she creates an arcing crescent blade of reiatsu that can slice her target. Though doing so drains a dash of reiatsu each time.
Wuji: Chongjili: (Dancing Skill: Impact) With a great release of reiatsu she stomps on her target with great speed crushing the target beneath her boots. The cyan hued reiatsu lashes, drills, and shreds whatever it strikes along with crushing the object. However, this is a very strong attack and does cost Corrine a fair amount of reiatsu with the power implied as it can be quite destructive.
Bankai Description:
Lantian Jingling Xuezi (Blue Sky Fairy Boots)
Little changes about the boots in overall appearance though three rings form above the ankle and the heels become sharper. However, a pair of fairy-like wings sprout from the heel of both boots. Also, when moving exceptionally fast or when attacking a glowing orange ring takes form around the wings, and from between the rings more cyan hued reiatsu radiates from them aside from the reiatsu that exudes from the ankles when she makes her kicks and attacks.
Bankai Abilities:
Hua'erzi: Shen Chongjili: (Waltz: Deep Impact) A far more vicious and more powerful variation of Wuji: Chongjili. It is her most powerful attack and depletes every last shred of her reiatsu to the point her zanpakuto reverts to its sealed form as she has nothing left to sustain it. Her boots take the form of immense blades several times her own size, and she falls from the sky down upon her target with the force and strength of 40,000 megatons, equal to a meteor. The destruction unleashed is incredible to say the least, but as described extremely taxing as she can only use this technique once every three to five days after a healthy dose of bed-rest and minute activity.
Wuqiong Hua'erzi: (Endless Waltz) A passive ability functioning much like Wuji: Genjian Huapo only it does not just apply to her spin kicks or heel kicks. The cyan hued reiatsu radiating from her ankles and heels of her every step lash about potentially slashing and slicing apart whatever her boots touch. Though, also much like Wuji: Genjian Huapo, this passive effect depletes a dash of reiatsu with each action.
Hua'erzi: Xuanfeng: (Waltz: Whirlwind) Simply a much stronger version of Wuji: Xuanfeng, and unleashes at the incredible strength of level 3 tornado (condensed to being 50 feet in diameter) ripping apart the lands and/or objects it strikes with its unimaginably powerful winds, which can prove to be quite vile to the person(s) it strikes. Due to the power involved this does cost a fair amount of reiatsu to unleash.
