Personality: Kochiya can be very Serious Most of the time. Not wanting to talk much and can be a very shy woman most of the time. this isn't to go as far Saying she's not a sweet or loving person. she just rarely let's feeling's get in the way of her work as a shinigami

Sealed Zanpakutô : her sealed Zanpakuto is A Normal Katana with a blue sheath and a green string wrapped around it with a smally frog symbol like on her head.

1.in kochiya's First Shikai she can maniuplate the wind and Have it form in Number's for her. she Can Maniuplate the wind and use it as a boost for her speed giving her the unique ablitity of teleportation. she can also fly up to high height's into the sky and come down on her opponent's and cause big Damage
2. She Can create Around four tornado's while she spin's her staff around. as long as she keep's her staff spinning the tornado's can keep reforming. each having the Same power as the other and huge wind damage.
3.her final shikai Stage is when her body envelope's it's self in a shining white light. then feather's can be seen around her. rest assured they make look beautiful but they can fly at the opponent and cause major damage like sharp talon's the feather's hit the skin at a pacing past and cause major hemmorage's at points
Bankai:
1. Kochiya's bankai is When she Combine's with her Zanpakuto spirit Howaido taka and Become's one with her. when becoming one she gain's a Angel like form. as her hair turn's pure white her usual robe's turn into a White kimino. and she has a longer Staff With Wind circling around it. this stage grant's her the ability to read opponent's movement's very carefully. while also providin a good defense as her Wing's send off huge Wind like Wave's to block off opponent's
History/Background:
Kochiya was born in the shinigami realm as a only child and didn't have much to fend for herself with. as a child she usually did trick's with the wind and showed them to people in the soul society for change. until she met a young boy by the name of ravana. she didn't quite like him at first and thought he was an idiot. but soon she lightened up to him. as the two usually played together each day. Kochiya became more open hearted and less shy to people then she use to be. when she met ravana. the two grew up later to become student's in the shinigami academy. they were very skilled and Were both the top in their class. ravana in his class of zanjutsu and etc. while Sanae Shined in the Kido department. pretty soon ravana had passed on and became a Captain of the ninth division after long training. Sanae decided to stay back and promised herself she would train hard enough to get into ravana's division not because of friendship. because he was her childhood sweetheart to her. and helped her and became her friend when no one else would. that to her was true friendship. with enough traning and enough skilled kido and a surpisingly learned bankai Stage she made it into the division of ravana as his vice-captain. although she wont like to admit it. she has a crush on ravana but cannot admit it due to her inablitity to express herself in the language of love.
Roleplay Sample: Kochiya Looked out from the sky as she began to walk around the inner outing's of soul society. eating a small piece of pockey she seen fourth divison being bullied by eleventh division and began to become a bit angry going over to them. her eye's began to turn a green color as she looked down upon them. the male's looked at her and laughed. "Look at the New vice captain trying to act tough listen woman dont make use have ta..." before they could get out a word edge wise she moved her hand's around in a beautiful motion as pink cherry blossom's came around her and she spun around using A round house kick to one one of the officer's jaw and the two hand's of her's to knock the two offcier idiot's into the middle of nowhere in lala land. after she was done and picked up the fourth division officer. smiling she said "Show me your hands young one let me wash them clean" she said as she pulled out a small hankercheif and rubbed her hand's off slowly and left them completely clean. after that she got up and began to get some more pocky. "Mmmm Pocky's alway's a good way after you've done the greater good"
