[Tenkai Daigo]

Tenkai Daigo

The tempature was slightly over 102. The sky was clear, the sand was hot under his feet. A soft wind blew through the area kicking up sand and sending it in waves, crashing back down on the earth below it and blasting right on and through Tenkai Kaze Daigo. Tenkai was dead slap in the middle of the desert, standing stock still with his eyes closed. His right foot was pressed about two inchs infront of his left foot and his arms would be crossed over his chest as he let out a slightly aggitated sigh. He was bored and was oddly enough in a openly bad mood.

Tenkai was waiting on his lover and partner Tsukiyome. He told her to meet him here today so that they may train. The desert was a perfect place for intense training with the bad weather conditons, trying heat and poor footing of the ever shifting sand. Tenkai and Tsukiyome have always been a tag team, have been since there shinigami and academy days. They trained togather, fought togather and killed for each other. It had been this way for over ten years it seemed. The only bad thing about it is that neither one of them where good at being "on time".

Letting out another sigh, Tenkai uncrossed his arms and lowered his body onto the ground, sitting silently on the hot desert sand, his eyes staying closed still. He turned his head down in deep thought, almost going into a meditation state. "If she doesn't get here soon..I'll attract hollows and train alone.." Tenkai said in a low yet cold tone of a voice. The blue jewel on his left shoulder glowed some as the spirit inside of it spoke to Tenkai softly, telling him of his lust for battle.

Tenkai stayed silent but he gave out his distaste for his Zanpakuto's voice and thoughts with a simple grimace. He stayed sitting like this untill she would come, or perhaps someone else might come. He didn't care at this point, he was just terribley bored.

~Tsukiyome~

"Sorry Im late" she said faintly as she appeared infront of her lover, Tenkai. She gave him a soft smile then rubbed the back of her head, they were almost never on time, the next time she would tell him to meet her somewhere, she would tell him a time 3-4 hours prior to when she origonally ment for him to arrive. She saw his expression and giggeld a little, "Sparing mood I see." Her violet eyes peered at him sitting, her eyes were very warm adn clam. She ploped down infront of him and grinned playfully up at him. She placed her sword down
beside her and slightly ran her fingers in the sand. "Ready?" she giggled looking at him intently.

"It's alright." Tenkai spoke softly as he looked up at his lover. Despite his bordem and mood he coulden't help but smile when he saw her. Somthing about just being around her soothed his mind. Tenkai flashed step leaving a plow of sand shooting up where he was just from the speed. He ended up at fifteen feet away from her and got into a kenpo, hand to hand fighting stance. His Zanpakuto in sealed form was not a weapon after all and he very rarely started out with a released Zanpakuto.

"Come at me when ready dear.." Tenkai said with a slight grin. He was ignoring her "are you ready" question seeing as it should be appearnt. He just stood with his right hand out infront his left hand curled up behind his back. His right foot would be stepped infront as he smiled, awaiting her first move. His hands had metal gloves so they where just as good as spiked gloves and could defflect a sword or punch through flesh. This is how he fights in his sealed form.

~Tsukiyome~

Tsukiyome's eyes followed him as he stood and was now some distance away from her in a fighting stance now. She giggled a little, she thought he looked pretty cute like that. Tsuki slowlyy stood up and brushed the sand off her cloths, she wasnt really dressed for fighting but she thought he might enjoy what she was wearing; she was wearing what she usually wore when she went into town in the living world. A short purple flared out skirt that danced about when she moved and a white tank top that started just over her belly button it was pretty fitted, and was a smart move on ehr part not to wear black...(=P)
Tsuki stood and faced her lover with a grin of her own, "Alright" she smiled. She wuickly took a fighting stance and flash stepped to about a meter infront of him, "Let the games begin" she smiled as she flash stepped agian, appearing behind him...

Tenkai smiled instantly flaring his retsui level through the roof but only for a second. The sudden rise then decrease of the presser caused the sand around him to shoot up into the air, acting like a blanket. When his body was covered he turned around and shot his hand out for Tsuk's chin in a open palm upper cut. The force behind his strike though was easly enough to send her into the air, leaving her open for a follow up attack. They established long ago, despite everything when they train togather they hold nothing back, only stopping if made to stop or if one is close to death.

He was harsh as was she in combat from time to time but that was the best way to train.

As he shot his hand out for her chin, she braced herself for the attack and as soon as she went into the air she rebounded and shot herself back at him, at about mid air Tsukiyome was floating about ½ his body height, swinging her leg towards his jaw with enough force to send him a good couple of meters, her eyes narrowed a little as she began to sink into ‘game mode’. Tsuki’s skirt flared every way imaginable a she made her attack, despite weather she made contact with him or not she flash stepped so that she was behind him going in for another attack.

"Surprised you haven't taken your sword out by now..you know hand to hand is my fortie.." Tenkai said in his now emoitenless and cold hearted tone. Tenkai himself was becoming more like his true self in combat. He had trained himself to the bone by now in terms of hand to hand combat. He had to so he would have a weapon without releasing his Zanpakuto, a problem Tsukiyome wasen't plauged with. Even so she was skilled in hand to hand, however. Tenkai's right hand moved right infront of his chin and the moment Tsukiyome's foot moved to kick him his hand shot out and gripped around her ankle.

His speed was fairly astounding for someone so big. The only way she would could avoid somthing like this was to try and stop her attack and move back, but that is easyer said then done. Asuming he did catch her however he wouldn't have wasted a single second and brought her ankel up in the air then slammed it down full force into the ground, in turn slamming her. He wouldn't have let go at this point though, he would turn around and swing her, throwing her to send her flying for well over thirty feet if he had let her go, but he woulden't. He'd end his combo with one more move.

Tenkai's body would've blurred as he flash stepped right above Tsukiyome and brought his foot down in a drop kick right on her midseciton. The resulting force would blast her staight down into a sand dune. It seemed odd he put so much into his hand to hand fighting. The truth was he hated using his Zanpakuto because he hated giving that spirit inside him the satisfaciton of blood and battle. Thats why he has trained himself to the point he can take on most shikai-level releases. However some he couldn't of course.

After his kick Tenkai would've folded his leg to his chest and then placed it flat on the "ground" he was floating on. If he had caught her ankel the best she would've been abul to do was reduce alot of her damage, but avoiding it would've been hard as hell because of the set up. His violate eyes moved down as he observed the ground for movment, wondering if he had got lucky and won the match quickly or if this will be like all the other times.

A drawn out match that lasted forever. Tsukiyome always was tougher then she looked after all and by now she would've learned plenty of his tricks. He smiled and chuckled to himself, wondering just how she was going to handel him.

~Tsukiyome~

Tsukiyome was caught off guard a little bit as he caught her ankle, her eyes narrowed a little bit, she didn’t like being caught, even though it was a part of battle. As soon as he gripped her leg she used her other foot to kick off from his stomach with enough force to get out of his grip; getting distance between them. He was better at hand to hand than she was…She had not trained in some time, and was very rusty.
“Lets try this again…” she whispered to her spirit, Taiyou a black angel.
Tsuki quickly tied her hair in a pony tail as she got back into a slight fighting stance. If she was going to beat him, she was going to have to out smart him somehow…
Tsuki flash stepped behind Tenkai, as she flashed along side him to get behind him she grabbed his arm and pulled it back around his back. Tsuki’s feet were then on Tenkai’s back as if trying to break his arm, she quickly grabbed his other arm and pulled it back. With that Tsuki placed one foot out for stability as the other kicked his back attempting to send him horizontally in the air, then she would flash step above him, bringing both feet down onto his stomach with some force to make him go a few feet into the sand. As she would do that she would also be launching herself back up into the air for another strike…

[Tenkai Daigo]

Tenkai had on a slight smile on her face, a very odd thing and always a bad thing for someone to see when he was in combat. This smile would've shown when he brought his arms up in the nick of time to transfer all the damage from her kick to his arms when he went down into the ground, sending up another plow of dust to cover the area when he hit. He chuckled having used the force of the kick on his arms to flip and land on his feet, this allowing him to slide back out of where he landed by cover of the dust. This would make a follow up attack difficult to land. But Tenkai wasen't going to give her the pleasure.

He stayed completely silent and raised two fingers into the air, pointing it at the air as his hollow mask formed on his face, the hollow mask designed like it was somthing from the Aztecks. The charge time of the cero was only a second and a half before it fired off into the air aimed straight for the rising kitty, seeing as she used the force from her attack to jump higher. Tenkai's cero abilites where by nature very diffrent from other Vizards. For starters the charge time on his ceros where shockingly fast and all his ceros where not the reguler red.

For some reason it always was pitch black, looking like a Obscure cero. Some people nick named him because of the distinctive color. "The dark repear" perhaps being his favorit one among any of the nick names but he in the end enjoyed being called Tenkai the most. As the cero flew towards Tsukiyome she would know well the feeling of the crushing spirital presser packed into his attacks, the prickling heat before it even got close. Ceros where the only Vizard abilite he had but they where on a completely diffrent power level from the ceros of another Vizard or even most hollows for that matter.

Only Tenkai knows why this is and he was always reluctent to talk about it. So for now Tsukiyome was left to speculaiton, as where the rest.

~Tsukiyome~

As Tsukiyome went higher and higher into the air, she couldn’t make out what he was doing exactly but against the light sand she saw a black object coming towards her, seconds after she kicked off from him. She was stunned by its pressure; she tried to remember if she ever saw Tenkai use it before…she couldn’t recall… Her initial instinct was to move out, or at least attempt to reduce the damage that it’ll cause on impact.
Tsukiyome’s hands began to blow a brilliant light she placed her hands together as the light grew. Before the dark blast came closer Tsuki releaser her light blast that was stronger than regular Cero, but wasn’t sure if it was strong enough to match Tenkai’s attack. She didn’t take any chances as she fired she set herself at an angel, causing her to launch herself away from the blast…
She fluttered down to the sand and almost immediately she her hands glowed brightly again, light was her weapon right now…Tsuki started to flash step in circles around him, circling him with a lot of distance. As she ran around him she shot her light-cero blasts at him hoping to make some sort of hit…

[Tenkai Daigo]

To her dismay she might've noticed that there two cero blast missed and his cero completely envolped and over powered her own. It just shot clean through the air into the sky, a slight smile on his face. His own ceros where clearly stronger then her own but hers still would hurt if he got hit. So instead of standing still Tenkai flash stepped into the air and whispered a single, soft word, awaiting her next move. Chances are she would end up aiming up at him with the cero, but that would be fine. He was planning on it.

"Crush...." Was all Tenkai had to say as his Zanpakuto started to release. The match was about to get intresting as his entire body started to glow a soft red and he volintairly removed his Vizard mask. He wanted to see what she did while he released into his shikai.

~Tsukiyome~

Tsukiyome’s head followed Tenkai as he flash stepped into the air, he was releasing his shikai. “That’s not good…” she whispered to Taiyou.

Tsuki drew her shikai “Denkou…” she whispered, her sword and her began to glow brilliantly the sand around started swirling every which way as if dancing around her as she looked up at him, he was defiantly stronger than her, but she was going to fight anyways. Her shikai was held away from her; to her right side it was almost a blinding light but then settled down as it had a slight glow to it. Her eyes locked on him as she flash stepped into the sky, staying parallel to him. She spun slightly as she sent light ripples though the air towards him; they were her cero-like attacks but in different form. She sent multiple ripples out towards him as she leaped higher into the air trying to keep an eye on him for the most part.

[Tenkai Daigo]

By the time she got to him his Sword was fully released, the blue jewel he had having vanished in replaced by two, pure black katana connected by a spiked chain. The kanjis for "Death" and "Destruction" made up the guards of these two swords and his spirital presser was greatly increased. Tenkai had a mastery over his shikai and could easly start Bankai training if he so wished it. However he has yet to have a desire for bankai, he has never needed it. He smiled lightly as she sent her blade/ripple like "light ceros" at him in swarms.

"She has gotten better.." Tenkai thought to himself as he sliced through a few of them before using Shunpo to move to the ground looking up at her. Tenkai's powers where not one to be used like a blunt instrament, they required timing and persicon. If he used them without constrant he was libael to get himself killed. "You're getting better my dear. Lets see if you can hit me. I give you five minutes before I start attacking." They where amazing as a team because there powers complamented each other in many ways.

However when it comes to 1v1 Tenkai usally came out on top. However rather she realised it or not they where fairly evenly matched.

~Tsukiyome~


Five minutes was what he gave her to attack…to try and hit him; she was going to try and she was sure that his powers had grown, this was training after all. ‘Thank you” she said enough barely for him to hear.
He was now on the ground looking up at her, she was going to try and use the distance and her height to some advantage, if he didn’t have a counter for her strikes. “One more time…” she whispered to Taiyou, with that she sent another group of cero-ripples towards him this time adding in her Diamond’s; diamonds made of light that can explode and slice through a wide range on material. Tsukiyome could often create hundreds at a time and she did just that. She has sent 5 waves/ripples towards him and right after the fourth ripple she added in her diamonds, spreading them out a great deal, having them cover about a mile in all directions from him. Her diamonds weren’t her strongest but they were a start…Tsuki’s grip on her shikai tightened slightly as she watched her attacks hurl towards Tenkai.

"Good idea Kitty but you'll need to be just slightly more crafty. Deffently better though.." Tenkai thought to himself as he stepped forward and started cutting through the light Cero's one by one, but each strike he would add gravity to the air. It would cut it close but righ as the diamonds came Tenkai would jump back and slide to a stop with a slight smile. Only five seconds left on the gravity added but if his plan would work the diamonds coming for him should be pulled straight to the ground once the hit the area. He only got to strike three times but it should be enough to divert them.

Then again Tenkai was unfamiler with this new one of hers, but from the looks of it they are like her cero's, light and contact sensitive. This plan wasen't to avoid them so much but to see what they do when they impact. It was, in short a test. It's hard to deffend against somthing when you have no idea what the hell it is.
