Personality Suave. The one word that describes Tsubine. His words flow with his body language. He knows when to say something and how to say it. He has a knack for being a party animal, but he doesn't go to wild parties, but his are galas, along the more sophisticated track of society. He is fleunt in over ten different languages. His French is flawless, his German vocabulary, gargantuan, his Italian, incredible. He does have a tendancy to get hot headed when he's stressed. He can be popular with the ladies when he wants to be. And even then, he just wants attention.
Appearance
That is tatooed on his back. Like Kenpach's eyepatch, this holds back his power, but is much, much, much more powerful. Zanpakutô Spirit
He is a suit of armor with a sword on his back. He is very commanding. However inside of the armor is Tsubine's inner hollow. Sealed Zanpakutô [/b
He has a hidden throwing knife in the scabbard. Shikai AppearanceTsurugi Tentou (lit: Heavenly Sword) His body is encased into armor with withgs. The armor is bulky, but it still is quite powerful.
Shikai Abilities
He can creat "light whips", which are more controlled versions of Getsuga Tenshou, used by Ichigo. They are limited to a range of 50 m and aren't that accurate. His second ability lets him create swords from projections of his armor. the swords are thrown like darts telpathically.

Bankai AppearanceShugotenshi Tsurugi (lit: Guardian Angel Sword) His armor is turned into a more humanoid, slender figure with four sets of wings.

His light whips are now more controlled and have a limit of 100m. He can now create double the swords he could in his shikai. Vizard powers: Cero (Sero; Japanese for "hollow flash," Spanish for "zero", "Doom Blast" in the Viz translation) is a form of attack used by Menos, Arrancar and Vizard. It consists of firing a blast of concentrated spirit energy at the target. While in most cases it is fired from the mouth, some Arrancar and Vizard are capable of firing Cero from their hands, fingers and other parts of their bodies.The power, force, speed, color, and blast area of the cero is dependant on the strength of the user (i. e. the stronger the user the stronger the attack), and there are some Arrancar and Vizard who have come up with their own variation. His are completely white.
Bala: Able to condense his spirtual energy into a hardened form and than shot it out of her palm which it is weaker but faster than Cero. The technique hardens the user's spiritual pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist.
Mask Shielding: Bodily harm can seemingly be ignored while wearing their masks.
Enhanced Speed: Tsubine is now much faster than before and his flash steps now sound like that of a Sonido instead of a normal flash step.
Enhanced Stamina: Tsubine can take damage and just shrug it off almost compelety ignoring it.
Enhanced Strength: Tsubine is much stronger than Before
Power Augmentation: with the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow. A vizard gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the vizard beyond what a Shinigami or Hollow alone would be capable of.
Aura Sense: Is able to see the Aura of his friends or Enemy's this helping him spot people through trees and from afar.
Purification Cero: A solid white version of the Cero Oscuras.
Light Oblivion: Tsubine opens his mouth to fire a very intense light that will blind most people temporarily, but some permantly.
Cero Spike: Tsubine goes and grabs his opponent by the forehead and fires mulitiple small Purification Ceros until one passes through thier head.

Tsubine was born around 1200, around the times of the Crusades. He was the Thirteenth head of the First family in his kingdom. He was raised to be a nobleman and to lead his kingdom in wars and upcoming crusades. However, his family was attacked by anarchists. They burned the castle walls down and fired cannon after cannon into the interioir. Tsubine was there when a cannonball ripped through his bedroom wall, destroying it completely. He survived, but was rushed to the village doctor, where he later died from blunt force trauma to the head from a piece of wood hitting him.
After Tsubine was killed in the human world, he came to district 3 of the rukongai.
There he was revered and respected there for his noble lineage. He was just a young teenager but he grew up like he was supposed to. He had a few servants and was respected and feared. He was inspired by the power of the Gotei 13 when he saw the occaisional fight for peace and justice. So he found his way to the soul reaper academy and then joined. He was such an excellent student. Tsubine could nearly defeat some of his teachers in games of logic and challenges of skill.Even though, he was nobility, he wasn't that popular with the women unti...he showed he had a shikai in a training drill. This shocked even Head Captain Yamamoto. So, he graduated one year earlier than his other classmates. He spent most of his time in the S.S. in the 2nddivision, but later moved on to the 11th, where he may have recieved a lower seat than his seat in the 2nd but he loved serving under Kenpachi Zaraki. However, he transferred back to the 2[su]nd[/sup] after some ill-fated missions.
Roleplay Sample::Tsubine had appeared in the human world, ready to attack a known arrancar in Moscow::"Sergei......you will die today."::He jumped into the air, his shinigami uniform the wind::"SERGEI!"::He slashed down on the arrancar, missing him by a few inches::"TSUBINE! I LURED YOU HERE TO KILL YOU!"::The blonde arrancar slashed wildly with his sword, but Tsubine dodged every blow gracefully::"Too slow"::He sliced Sergei up his chin, not killing him but made blood drip out::"AAAAAAAHHHH!"::He slashed again and again, but missed and eventually tripped and fell flat on his face::"SERGEI, YOU WILL DIE!"::He released his bankai::"Bankai."::A cluster of whips, apperantly made out of light, slashed around Sergei::"WHAT? TSUBINE YOU ARE A FOOL!"::Tsubine slowly, but surely agonizingly sliced and diced Sergei until he was to die::"Tsu..Tsubine......you won this fight...."::The arrancar dissapeared in a few seconds:: "Sergei..." ::Tsubine stood there as he looked down upon the pools of blood:: "...you won't get that far..."
