Rough Roads Ahead (Past R/P) **Open**

The sun shone bring in the sky, high over head. The long white haired demoness known as Lady Inuyami, daughter of the great Lord Sesshomaru, was out walking and taking in the warm rays of the day. A gentle wind blew in from the east carrying the scent off far off snow. Winter was crawling threw the lands far to quickly for the young welps liking and she scoffed at the smell.
"What a disgusting scent." She muttered to her self. It was still rather warm in the valley she lived in yet she hated the thought that in a matter of two or three months tops she'd be shrouded by snow and the cold weather would be upon her. Her breasts were wrapped in a silk black cloth that crossed infront and tied behind her neck, and she wore a long blue linnen skirt, with the fur of her father's tail drapped around her hips, held up by leather straps that entangled her lower body. Around her neck a tight strap of leather was placed to show how she had little to no regard for her own well being.
"This sun is almost unbareable." Taking a small treck into the woods she found a tall sturdy tree and leaned up against it. "What a boring and droll day."

Suddenly, almost out of nowhere, a giant flash of red light could be seen forming above the demoness named Inuyami. After about five to ten seconds had passed, a strange red haired warrior had emerged out of this strange light. He appeared to be holding two gems; One White and one black. His choice of clothing was also a tad bit weird for demon world. At this time he was wearing a pair of black denim jeans, black boots and a long coat with a strange symbol on the back.

(That Symbol on his coat is the Iramasha clan's symbol.)

When he had fully made his way into this world, he took a long look around. And finally, after about twenty seconds, he let out a small chuckle and a smirk formed on his lips. "So this is the power the Demon Emeralds possess? The ability to use Chaos Control to perform dimensional warps into new universes. Truly amazing what these jems of power can accomplish. Heh, maybe when I collect all the emeralds I truly will be the ulitmate life form." Spoke the strange man to himself while he put the two emeralds in his coat pockets.

'There is another person here...'

Swiftly and without delay this strange man used a technique called "Chaos Control" to warp into another tree 20 feet away from Inuyami. Not yet knowing if she was friend or foe, Ketsu got into a fighting stance and stared her down.

"You...woman...who are you? I demand to know you're name. If you do not tell me within ten seconds I'll simply remove from this realm of existence myself."

Little did this man know, though, the person he was talking to was going to be his future wife and mother of his three kids. It's amusing how fate can dramatically alter your path in life.

Inuyami looked up at the man with little to no amusment of anything he had said or done. She had takes slight interest in the jems that had gotten there but that would have to wait. With no sign of a smile or any emotion at all for that matter she nearly lowered her gaze, closed her eyes, and shifted her arms into an opposing cross.
"If one wishes to know one's name, they usually introduce themselves first. Especially seeing as how it you who appeared where I was standing! the first introduction is yours baka." She opened one eye to make sure the man wasn't about to charge at her. She could scence his strength and smell his lust for blood. Though she had no intentions of fighting anyone she wasn't about to let herself be beaten by what she assumed was a weaker demon who didn't even have enough pure blood to manifest his own true markings.
Those crystals, those could be my ticket out of this forsaken place. I don't know where he came from or where they might take me but I do know that I tire of this place. Ever since father moved on to the after life this world holds nothing for me.

(Ketsu Iramasha)



Not amused by Inuyami's disrespect toward him, Ketsu's face began to frown up in frustration. Didn't this woman sense his power along with the Demon Emeralds? He could tear her in two if he wished. No way. Ketsu was not going to take this abuse from a mere female. "Well, woman, if you wish to know my name its Ketsu Iramasha commonly known as "The Black Flame". But you won't live that long to remember who I am." Without delay, Ketsu began to form a large swirling sphere of darkness in his right palm. "I'll soon have your head for the way you've spoken to me, woman."

And with that, Ketsu used Chaos Control to appear in front of Inuyami within the blink of an eye. Once his blast was fully charged, he fired it at her at point-blank range. Jumping backwards after he made contact to avoid getting sucked into the ominous black explosion that he had created. "And I hope you burn in hell." Then, without warning, Ketsu formed another sphere of black energy and threw it towards Inuyami's direction; Hoping to intensify the effects of his attack.

"That outta' learn that mutt..."Muttered Ketsu, using Chaos control once again to appear high above the skies of the demon forest. "In the meantime, I outta' explore this new world and get back to my dimension when I'm finished here."

The double blast hit Inuyami point blank and she had little time to use what deffences she had against the unknown attack. When the smoke settled around her, all that was left of the tree was the silloett of her body. She dusted off her shoulders and fixed her hair. Blood dripped from cuts on her arms and face but she only smile at the attempt the man had made.
"Damned idiot!" She shouted jumping limb from limb of near by trees until she reached the cannopy of the forest. Standing atop the leaves as if they were solid ground she continued her insults of the man who had appeared from no where.
"I thought you wanted to know my name!" She said. "And know it you shall! I am Lady Inuyami, daughter of Lord Sesshomaru and ruler of these lands." A heavy glear was now on her face as she flexed her slender fingers into a menacing half fist, her claws were razor sharp and she intended on making this out lander pay in blood for the blood she had lost.

Cautiously, Ketsu studied his opponent's movements to get a better understanding of how her body worked. While at the same time he also got the chance to scan her body to see what type of other worldly power she possessed. 'Hmmm, interesting. This woman might be stronger then I once thought. Heh, maybe she'll give me a nice training session and perhaps I'll now have a good reason to test out the demon emeralds power. I'm glad I picked a fight with this witch.'Thought Ketsu to himself as a small smirk could be shown on his face.

Maybe this could be the challenge of his life for him or at least a very good fight. In any case, the events that would unfold for him and Inuyami today would be very interesting. Because at that very moment Ketsu began to notice something...odd ...about Inuyami. He gradually began to notice that she somewhat...cute. Maybe even dateable.

For a second or two, Ketsu gazed upon Inuyami's eyes, marmazed by her body for a split second.. 'Although...in another way...this woman seems oddly appealing to me.' Grabbing his face with his hand, Ketsu shook his head in disgust. 'No, I don't have time for those emotions. I simply need to focus on the task at hand and test the depths of my power out on this woman.' Ketsu then let an angry sigh. 'And in any case, even if I was able to start even a friendship with this woman, everyone I care about ends up dying, betraying or leaving me in someway. It's all apart of this damned curse. I have no time for this girl!'

"So that's your name, eh? A dog demon." Spoke Ketsu towards Inuyami as he formed a kanata made completely out of black flame in his right hand. "Well, at least I'll know the name of the demon I killed, hmph." And with that, Ketsu used Chaos control to appear by Inuyami's right side. "Hmph." Promptly after emerging beside Inuyami, Ketsu attempted to make slashes all around her body with his flaming katana.

After about thirty attempted slashes Ketsu jumped back five feet and pointed his sword at Inuyami. "Shall I show more of my power or shall you? I'll let you pick, woman."

Inuyami dodged each of his slashes with ease, and she wondered if he was honestly trying to hit her. She gave the air a few sniffs with highly sensitive nose. This man, he could be dangerous. It's be not only foolish, but wasteful to charge him they way he charges me. He is pethetic to think that whatever alien powers he posseses can deffeat the powers of the seventh born pure blood of the inu youkai clan! Oh well, it's not my funeral I must attend at the end of the day... If he wishes to continue this fudal attempt of proving his power is stronger then that of my own... So be it!
"You are most certainly a foolish man! You attack whole heartedly though you no not of your enemy's powers nor do you know honestly yourself if that is truely the path you want to take." With a sniff of the air once again she smiled slightly with a cocky sarcasm to her lips. "I can smell you uncertainty in your thoughts about me. Wether it be that you do not truely wish to attack or you fear my strength matters not, I won't back down from any challenger. My blood forbids it. If you truely wish to continue this foolish attempt at proving whatever it is you are trying to prove so be it. But I warn you, I will not fall easy!"
Inuyami unsheathed the Sou'ugna , the sword of hell, and held it up to him, releasing it's true for imediately.

For a brief moment, Ketsu had a slightly surprised expression on his face. The reason? He wondered how in the hell did Inuyami sense his feeling for her. Surely she didn't possess mind reading capability's...did she? No. Now was not the time to back down and show her doubt. It was time he found out what type of demon bitch he was dealing. It was time to step up and show that his power was truly the dominant one. Although, for some reason or another, Ketsu made it up in his mind to only severely injure this woman; Not kill her.

Could he was actually falling for this woman during the heat of combat? What an insane thought for Ketsu. Given the type of person he was; It seemed like he was incapability of loving another being other then himself. Or perhaps...maybe he just didn't know how to show it due to all the abuse he suffered his past.

In any case, though, he had to focus his mind on the battle and somehow defeat this demon girl.

"Tch, I don't know what fucked up type of nose you have, woman; But I can assure you that it was not fear or hesitation you sensed. I was simply trying to figure out a way to dispose of you're body once I was done with, heh." Ketsu then focused his concentration on his flaming black katana to make more flames shoot up from the blade in order to make more crutical cuts on Inuyami. "So I truly couldn't give a damn who you are, woman. The Black Flame shall not fall to the likes of you."

Soon, a huge surge of spiritual energy began to raise up from Ketsu's body. It began to turn everything that was not a living creature into nothing but black ashes, it caused the air in the area to become more condensed with hotter air to make it diffcult for people other then Ketsu to breathe, the gravity to become much harder, and for the temperature to raise to two hundred and fifty degrees.

After enough energy was gathered; a weird sphere of darkness was seen engulfing Ketsu's body. When it faded away; , Ketsu's appearance had been altered. Previously, Ketsu's hair was red and black. Now, it was just jet black. Another change you would notice is that two wide, black flaming wings were attached to Ketsu's back. Also, you would see on his forehead six black jem's that looked small jewels, three going down in a straight line across from each other, And the final major change you would notice is that his flaming black kanata was now moderately larger with hints of red around the edges of it.

Not wasting anytime, Ketsu swung his Kanata towards Inuyami and had a small circle of flames appear below her feet. Quickly, this circle of black fire began to expand and engulf Inuyami's body; Or whatever was there if she had somehow moved out of the way in the time. Then, the fire began to turn a bright red and virtually exploded; Causing a red light to cover the area.

There is reason why he calls himself "The Black Flame". It's because he has an extremely extraordinary, unique talent of freely controlling fire in his attacks. He is virtually a master in the art of fire attacks or anything that relates to flames.

Heh, you could call him a bit of a pyromaniac.

"That should be enough for now..." Muttered Ketsu to himself; Putting his body on full guard just in case Inuyami would perform any sneak attacks.

Using the power of the Sou'ugna, Inuyami summoned the fires of hell to counter act the attack sent at her by Ketsu. The flames shrouded her and canceled out the fires by exploding out when they exploded in. Temperatures rose higher and higher inside the contained blast to the point where I had almost become unbareable. Inuyami lept out of the flames and used her spiritual pressure to levetate above the scorched black ground.

"A costume change, I wasn't aware such things where required!" She said with a smirk on her face. Her uncle's sarcasm was most certainly beggining to shine threw in her personality, yet her father's cool mindedness and slow to attack way of fighting stayed well in tact. "Fancy fire work and altering the elements around you won't do you any good, but if that's the game you want to play..." She put her index and middle fingers of her right hand together and held them infront of her face. "Allow me to shed a little light opon your inevitable darkness!"

LIGHT WHIP

Her fingers glowed with a bright white light and as she quickly moved her hand about, a trail of light was left behind in a growing tail. It intagled her body in about five loops then she sent it flying toward Ketsu and snapped her hand back when the tail of light was half way done its decend. The force of the whip would surely throw him back atleast a foot or two and the cuts it left would be deep.

She continued the slashing attack multipul times until she felt that she had more then sufficiently done the damage to get the point across. I didn't desire a battle with this man but if he truely intends me harm then so be it.
