It was a bright, warm sunny day inside the forest that was located fifty miles away from Karakura Town. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life, away from all the crowds that infested the city, away from the never ending concrete jungle...away from all the chaos that city life bought. Yes, it was genuinely peaceful within the confines of this forest compared to the noisy city nearby. The sounds, sights and smells of nature at it's finest, when not contaminated or altered by mankind, could truly bring tranquility to any uneasy soul.

Yes, all was right with the world inside this magnificent and heavenly forest. Although, for Radioactive, he couldn't possibly give a damn about the environment around him. He wasn't the type who saw the beauty in unspoiled nature. All of this to him was just extra training space if some villain should challenge him to combat. Personally, Radioactive wished it was raining since he was dead tired from his recent battle with Kenshin Yuudai in the world of hollow's otherwise known as Hueco Mundo. All he wanted to be was cold, wet and rainy. Piss on mother nature.

"Ugh, fuck this heat..."Groaned Radioactive as he complained to himself about the warm, humid weather. "...why can't it just rain? Maybe I should just beat the sky until it cries up a rainstorm. Heh, yeah...I think I have enough brute strength to get that goal accomplished. Never doubt a shark's true strength." Radioactive chuckled a bit as he looked up towards the sky. "But, heh, it'll all be worth it when I see my Chinchuro."

After a few more minutes of walking, Radioactive finally made it back towards the household he shared with his wife and one daughter. It wasn't necessarily the most fanciest or luxurious house out there, but it was still home to Radioactive. "Heh, now let's see what these two are up." Spoke Radioactive once again towards himself, showing off his large sharkish grin that revealed all of his large white fangs. "I'm home!" Shouted Radioactive with a hard laugh as he busted down the door to his and Chinchuro's house.

Ah, so great to be home once more~

Within the house was near silent.
It was as if someone had taken a snapshot, a mere photograph of the house that kept it still and absent of sound or life. Everything was impeccably clean, windows washed, floors scrubbed, and only a few small lamps lit the halls in a dull orange. However, a little further down the hall, there was the flickering screen of a television to show someone indeed, was still there. And that someone was a young woman in a bathrobe laying draped across the couch with a young girl asleep on her stomach. Her eyes were shut, her chest rising and falling rhythmically to the pattern of a deep slumber that rocked the child as she too lingered in the land of dreams, but the fox ears on the woman’s head twitched, ever alert and ready should they sense something out of place.

And they did their job well for when the door swung open and the large shark looking man entered, she was bolt upright, looking petrified at the shock of being awoken so abruptly. It had been a while, a least a few days, since she’d heard anyone other than Ella come in through that door. The house had been quiet and void of visitors or boisterous laughter, left an empty shell of its former self without the last piece to fill it. Now, despite being the type who hated being woken up, Chinchuro felt her heart skip a beat as the voice echoed down to meet her.

“Daddy!” Ella, the young girl previously sleeping upon her, was smiling brightly as she jumped up from her mother’s lap. She was small, her hair bright red and cut to just below her ears, but had the same bright blue eyes as her mother. Chinchuro lifted her up as she walked in a slightly drowsy manner toward the door and smoother back her hair. And there he was. All six foot something or other of him filling the doorframe and looking as if he’d just stepped out of an oven. She smiled in a sarcastic manner. “Well it’s about time.”
