As it has now been made known in the invasion of the Soul Society Ender's leader of his Special Ops is in fact an Iramasha, his name is Belial and he is of the demon side of the clan. This is an overview of his actions that lead to his enlistment in Ender's army and his powers gained from Ender.

Belial's demon training was proceeding at an unheard of rate. His power and prowess for his ablities proceed but his family was not excited about his not being an angel. However, Belial continued to train to become stronger and to bring his family honor in the clan. He eventually perfected his Demon form and then proceeded to train much harder. Eventually word reached the Iramasha's of Ender's army. At this time Ender was still in the early stages of his development his plans not yet known to the whole.
Belial contemplated Ender's plans for some time, his mind racing and forming ideas of destroying Ender's plans. Belial came up with the plan. It took him several weeks but his plan was set his necesities required and the time to act was now. Belial left the safety of his home and ventured out to single-handedly destroy Ender. In his mind his plan was full-proof he would cut through the hordes of fodder and make his way to Ender. From there it would be a simple task to eliminate him and take the glory home to raise his families standards. His plan however did not go as he had planned. His battle with Ender was furious his Demon form pushed to its maximum, his body taxed, but no matter his attempts Ender simply blocked or countered his attacks.
Needless to say Belial was beaten without mercy, His body broken and his only force was his will, his burning desire to kill Ender. As he lay on the ground his body emptying of his vital fluids, his organs spilled out his only desire was to kill Ender. As Ender neared for his final strike he saw the potential in Belial his body language suggesting unending hatred. Ender smiled down at him his face darkening with his own evil. In the final moments Ender offered Belial an opportunity to join his army, to prove himself and raise up in the ranks.
Belial you are talented I can see your power your pride, I can make you stronger, I can Give you what you seek, Respect.
Ender's words rang with Belial and he accepted the seal of Junsui, as well as a position in Ender's army.
And the rest is history. Belial's rise in Ender's army is not spectaculare but what is of note are the powers gained from the seal of Junsui.
First is what Belial calls
Shadow Fade: Belial has the ability to disappear into shadows his reaitsu hidden completely. He cannot attack but can move around without detection.
Demon limbs: The dark energy is focused in the limbs causing them to be more devistating, making martial arts more deadly. His energy cannot be used for other attacks while in this state.
Junsui Blade: Instead of a true Hell form Belial has what he calls his Junsui Blade form. This form still has only two wings but they are fuller larger, more powerful when used, increasing speed. The hair is down to the back with a black with red highlights. Knee spikes appear and curve upward while Shoulder pauladons also form. Both of these are black. The biggest feature is that a sword is formed in each hand. Each hand is of the purest deepest black. These blades are connected under the wings by black chains. The swords are double sided. This form also gives the added bonuses of a Hell Form.
These powers are also additions to the normal power bonuses given by the seal of Junsui.
