Name: Tamotsu (also known as Kage)

Background: Five years ago, a certain research branch of the government had begun working creating weapons to protect human civilization from spiritual threats such as hollows. Many projects sprung from this organization, one of which was the Guardian project. This specific project focused on creating biological weapons in the form of humans.
The scientist had successfully developed a way to clone genetically superior humans by rapidly altering DNA sequences. The scientist on working on the project and eventually began working on separate weapons in a joint project. One team was working on the weapon called "Gin" meaning Silver, the other on the project called "Kage" or Shadow. The Gin team worked on creating a pure human blessed with powers of pychokenetic powers through the use of reiestu. The Kage team focused solely on creating a powerful killing machine, capable destroying the most powerful Spiritual beings.
The kage project team was having difficulty with their experiment. They needed to find something powerful to base the powers of their weapon on. They remembered the destructive power of the Arrancar, and how powerful they could be. The team of course, could not capture an arrancar, instead they managed to capture a hollow. After heavily experimenting on the hollow, they managed to code their weapon's DNA to resemble an arrancar's. He was never released from his stasis, the team continuously split and recombined his DNA, trying to achieve mutations and fusions with the arrancar sequences that it caused their test subject (named Tamotsu, meaning Guardian) to become mentally and physically unstable. He still had a conscious while imprisoned in his stasis tube, and overtime, began to hate the scientist who worked on him. He began to hate his own existence as a weapon and the humans who made him what he was. Some of his negative motions could be attributed to the Arrancar based DNA he was coded with. Eventually he became so unstable that his powers began to surge. In a destructive explosion of energy, the Kage team and there laboratory was destroyed. Emerging from the burning rubble of the building was Tamotsu, the artificial life form.
The government took immediate action to recapture the rogue project, knowing that if it fell into the wrong hands it would cause major destruction. Tamotsu reacted to the hostility of the armed forces sent to capture him with rage and anger, he killed the teams sent after him. Because of the government's repeated attempts to capture him, Tamotsu's hatred for humans increased. He wants to take revenge against the pathetic race that created him.
Personality: Tamotsu is very dark in terms of personality, and can be very harsh. He is proud of his power and abilities, and thinks of himself as a superior being to humans. He is very uncaring and is not willing to open his heart to anyone. While he is technically human, he does not see himself as one, he calls hims self a weapon, considering the fact that he was created to destroy. Tamotsu is often consumed by feeling such as hatred, vengeance, and rage.

Dislikes: Humans, his existence, people who are weak, Shinigami, arrancar, (hates almost anything)
Fear: None
Powers: Tamotsu's arrancar DNA coding allows him to manipulate energy blasts and abilities similar to an arrancar's ability to use cero. His physical abilities far surpass that of a human. His body is durable and hard to damage like an Arrancar's hierro, his strength is 50 times greater than a humans, and his hollow like reietsu is enormous. He prefers to use projectile weapons like guns. He finds it fitting that humans should die by a weapon they created, such as himself.
Cero Blast: Instead of firing his cero in a beam, Tamotsu fires it in a surging blasts, with a large radius. It is just as powerful as a cero, but with a larger blast radius centered around the user and spreading outwards from all directions, like an explosion.
Cero knives: Tamotsu can shape his reietsu in the from of small blades and fire them at rapid speeds at his target. He can create them in mid air in any location around him. This blades themselves can slice through the densest steel.
Sonido: Tamotsu is able to use sonido with great proficiency, just as well as an actual arrancar can. This is one of his favorite abilities, and his skill in it is at Espada level.
Super speed: Without using sonido, Tamotsu is still extremely agile and more dexterous than humans, capable of running speeds up to 100 mph.
