Rya winced standign up again her body was worn out from the constant training she had been pushing her limits wanting to know exactly were they were with this knew body. She had arrived at the acdemy a couple of weeks ago between classes and being one of the weakest people there this was also another way to let her frustration out.. She didn't now thought that some one had been watching her for the past week.

Chandra; the captain of division 13 and the head of the academy, had been studying all her pupils it was part of her job as one of the teachers to impart knowledge onto them. However this one was slightly different she was interested in this new recruit. She saw something her intuition was almost never wrong. She would have to investigate. “So Rya how are you liking your stay at my academy?” she said with a smile. “How have you been faring in your studies here?” she asked politely

"Ok....." the brown haired girl replied standing up she looked over her shoulder at the captain. SHe had seen her around the school a couple of times and had heard plenty about her. Turning she stared at the woman. "Why had the captain been watching her?" the ex-slave just stood there staring back at the captain.

Chandra gave a cheerful smile and sat down beside Rya “Tell me Rya is there any reason in particular you want to be a shinigami?” Chandra asked in a friendly tone but for some reason it sounded like she had a second agenda.

Something in Chandra’s eyes she as she looked Rya over. she smiled she was kinda cute maybe that’s why Rya had stood out in class’s “Rya I have a confession the reason ive been watching you is because I was the one who performed your consol.” It was true she had been sent to investigate the higher-level espada that was there but by the time she had gotten there Grimmjow was gone and only Rya had remained.

"In truth no.....I just didn't want to live and die on the streets....again well not ecactly how I was but I guess if you did then would know how I was dressed." the girl said a slight smile formed across her lips but it was one of bitter. "Most shinigami don't remeber their human life...but mine comes in flashes it doesn't go by orser but the're there...I remeber parts of the slave trade some of my...master...and Grimjow...You know he didn't kill me until I started back until then he just kept hitting me until I responded with hitting back..." as she said this he smile grew. " Most shinigami's would want there memories back...but I guess looking at the once like me who do your afraid there going to go deeper and darker into there self until they become not only insane but mabe turn on you considering dome of the shini gami aren't sane.." closing her eyes she continued, "Not only the memory comes back to me...but the pain and emotion as if I was stepping back to that time and place..some times during class, and some times simply out here.." now the smirk had falled and hallow eyes stared back at the captain...

Chandra sighed her life wasn’t much better and believe it or not even thou she had been dead for five years she remembered it all. She knew just how painful it was to have to submit to another’s will. “I have my memories but I don’t want them. My life was the complete opposite of my life here in the soul society.” She sighed not wanting to go into more detail. She put a reassuring hand on Rya’s shoulder. Smiling she simply said “this is a second chance at a better life. Who cares about a life that has gone really don’t let bad memories get the better of you.”

She got up “now then lets see what you have learned in my academy some light training will do you some good. It will get your mind off your past.” She smiled haply it was clear that she was trying to help Rya.

"You'll have to for give me if I seem weak at the moment...." the brown headed girl said sighing taking the others advise. "So what do you want me to how? I have yet to find my sword or spirit for that amtter." the younger woman said looking over at the captain.

Chandra sighed that wouldn’t do the girl didn’t even have her sword yet. She thought for a moment and then. It was a flash step behind rya “sorry about this but its to help you improve” she said as she smacked rya in the head knocking her unconscious she sighed she hated doing this. But a shinigami with out a zanpakuto is as good as dead.

Rya didn't have time to react before she was hit...

Rya blinked opening her eyes she was what seemed to be an old leaky tunnel. Walking threw the water there wasn't much but dim light the sorce was unnow to her though. That's when she saw a figure flash across the water running after it she felt her body being slammed against the hard walls of the tunnel. "Hmm it took you long enough.". Rya's eyes adjusted seeing a figure of a tall female she had long smoke colord hair and light yellow-ish eyes of a wolf yet she seemed very younge no older than 22. "Wh-who are you." the brown haired girl managed out causing the woman to smirked. "Kana..." the wolf like woman said a milliciouse smirk graced her lips.

-out side world-
Rya suddenly let out a loud blood churning scream thrashing again the ground this continued and stopped suddenly after an hour after an hour Rya's eyes opend wide with fear slightly blood trickled down the corner of her lip. Looking to her side she found a grey bladed sword..."Her names Kana..." she murmered softly not even looking up at the Captain her body trembling slightly.

Chandra watched over her body for a small time she had to wonder if what she had done was for the better. When Rya regained consensuses she was grateful. “I am so sorry that sounded horrable what happened.’’ Chandra’s eyes where wide with fright over the poor girls safety. Her red eyes reflected fear and sadness “can you walk should I take you to fourth squad are you okay?” she didn’t know why but this girl was becoming rather important to her.

Rya nodded no not wanting to speak of what Kana had been doing to her or being taken to the healing squed. "I-i'm fine..." she said but couldn't call apon her body to simply stand ,but she did force her body to slow doown and relax. "Taicho....please don't ever do that again...." her voice barly adoble to her own ears...

Chandra sighed she sat down beside the poor girl “listen I know zanpakuto’s can be cruel mine is well.” she drew her sword stabbing it into the ground. What materialized was a small red bunny. That hopped onto rya’s back. “Oh what you have a we fit now because you don’t like your weapon.” The bunny just looked at her then looked at Chandra “And you the bitchy thing what do you want me here for?”

Chandra shook her head “as an example of a horrible zanpakuto. That” she said pointing to the rabit, which was now in front of rya “is Ablaze the most foul mouthed rabbit ever. Of all time.”

[Rya]

"You know I could all ways have Kana kill her....wolfs eats rabbits..." she said suddenly getting pissed off at the spirit. "Hmmmms or at least eat her tunge...." she said under her breath but perpously loud enough for the rabbit to hear her.

Ablaze seemed horribly offended by her comment. And quickly Chandra’s eyes widened she knew what was coming but was to late. She jumped and caught the bunny as it attempted to lash out at rya’s face “you b*tching little tart how dare you be calling me a lady! your not even one your self no you may have a pussy but your little more then a wench a low level acolyte! I am a male rabbit damn’t and I will not be insulted by being called the lesser gender!” at this point Chandra was finally able to turn the rabbit back into a katana. Placing it at her side she sighed. “sorry like I said he’s foul I hate the damned thing.”
