Name: Aifor (meaning the violent one in old Norse)
Gender: Male
Rank
*Division: 11
*Seat: (Will be determined upon acceptance. If applying as a cannon character please include rank.)
Personality: a violent drunk. He long believes that he is a Viking and that the soul society is Valhalla. Because of this he will not have it referred to under any other name in his presence. He fears nothing of the world for he believes that he is already among the halls of Odin and that means he has gained his reward for dieing in glory. Now he just has the opportunity to do it again.
He is the first to charge into battle and the last to leave it. He is a berserker who uses little more then pure force and anger to live threw battles. He lives for the fight and wants nothing more then three essentials to life. Fighting food and woman. He is also incredibly sexist against woman.
Appearance:
(ignore the axe but yeah that’s him)
Zanpakutô Spirit: Odin:
Odin as much a warrior as Aifor he is what allows Aifor to enter his intense berserker rage. However because of the importance of Odin’s name Aifor respects his zanpakto enough that he doesn’t call on it for any old fight. Infact he uses an Axe in combat far more then his own zanpakuto.
Sealed Zanpakutô : the sword is an overly used katana its blade looks like its been threw hell but its still razor sharp its sheathed at his side. He also had the soul society give him an axe. Its made from the same material as a zanpakuto (spirit partials) but has no releases its just an axe that he prefers using over his zanpakuto after all why bother a god to handle the weak foes.
(the axe he uses)
Shikai Description: (Odins spear) the spear actually has no element however it unleashes a berserker rage onto it’s wielder. When he has his shikai drawn he cannot recognize friend from foe however he has intense strength and all attacks are numbed. Not stoped for Odin offers no defense no he can be wounded he just doesn’t care.
Release: release the dogs of war!
Bankai: doesn’t have one.
History/Background: born to the time of Vikings he was able to bring about quite the legend. Like many people of the Viking class he died with sword in hand. And he passed on content with his story. However his story did not end for he moved on to the soul society. However in his mind this was not the soul society but rather Valhalla and his right reward.
During his stay at “Valhalla” he gained a vary nasty reputation by living his life the way any Viking would. And on a few occasions shinigami had to be called in against him. Eventually it got to the point where they decided that it would be easier to make him a shinigami. They enrolled him in the academy however even here he was overly violent and well a viking. Rude and down right violent he tarorised his fellow students well he was enrolled.
Eventually he gained his own zanpakuto and continued to fight as he pleased. The 11th squad became his home and he wouldn’t have it any other way. When kenpachi arised to the rank of captain he welcomed it. In his opinion kenpachi was clearly a true Viking he loved the the way kenpachi runs the squad and he wouldn’t have it any other way. He is ready and willing to die under the command of kenpachi zeraki, Even if he is confused calling it the soul society and not Valhalla.
Roleplay Sample: Aifor roared as he brought down his axe on the poor shinigami. Why did he always have to teach these newcomers? Its called Valhalla not soul society. Yet everyone seemed to get it wrong. Even his captain was confused but then again his captain was clearly a Viking warrior himself so what did that matter.
The shinigami managed to block the strike but was sent backwards from Aifor’s attacks. “We are the suns of Odin we do not retreat. Get back here!” he charged the man and the other shinigami’s nerve gave and he scrambled away.
Aifor watched as the other openly retreated. He shook his head how did these people ever get into Odins halls. He turned and walked away in triumphant victory. He needed stronger enemies people that were worthy of his axe and sword.
