Background: Tsuna was born in the United states. It was a pretty medium sized town that had a good amount of people. All around you might see people that you’ve, but it wouldn’t be everyday that finding someone that you actually knew. Ever since birth he has had the ability to see spirits. He has never been to freaked out about this fact however others seemed to be. No matter how many times he tried he could never make any friends. He had never had it easy talking to people. He usually talked about the spirits around him which was one of the causes for the other children to stay away from him. He became very upset about this fact and started to hide it.
However, even while hiding his ability he still had the fact that it was hard for him to say the right words, not matter what he did it always seem to turn about wrong. In order to avoid having to try and make friends he secluded himself in his Studies. In his studies he learned many things, such things included Japanese, Chinese, French, Pyrotechnics, Magnetic fields and much more. He found himself enjoying his studies more by the day as he learned many different things. He grew accustomed to his seclusion. During his school days he would mainly read books during class. Not many people realized that he was even in the same class as them. He was always pretty quiet and not many people even noticed him when he was walking down the hall. He was like a ghost, although he was there no one even took notice. Through elementary school people noticed his genius, mainly teachers.
He was promoted through the grades until he reached high school. He was only 12 at the time and he was frightened to be there all by himself. He was always top in his class, even in college his intelligence was high above the rets. He didn’t bother to join any after school activities. He never believed anyone even noticed him in the classroom. He was terribly mistaken. A 12 year old in a college classroom was rarely unnoticed for the fact that that in it’s self is rare. No matter where he when he had people eying him. He had already felt like he was distant from the people around him but now he felt like an object of hatred.
He could feel their intense hatred as they eyed him down. He mat have been only 12 at the time but he could still feel the pure hatred coming off of their eyes. The college that he attended was a college that focused primarily on engineering. Tsuna was majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering. There was not a chance that he let go by that he was allowed to build something. He was always ready when there was something he was able to create. He was really a wiz when it came to electrical engineering. He was named the prodigy for his generation. Even though he had decided not to join any clubs he did make one acceptation. He decided to join the robotics team. His collegues soon were intrigued by his in depth knowledge of robotics. Mnay became jealous but he tried to ignore this fact. The ones that did become miffed at him tended to dump their jobs on him. He didn’t know how to tell them that they were overloading him with their task but he was too afraid to do it himself.
He loved the robotics club no matter the people. He would engross himself in his work. Even surrounded by some many people he still felt th need to seclude himself. He would come back to his dorm which he shjared with one of the college girls. Being twelve years old the dean didn’t see him as much of a threat so he put him in one of the female dorms in order to allow one more of the male students to join. He normally had the room closed for he didn’t want any distractions. His roommate was one of the more beautiful girls on campus and although he was twelve he still frequently had obscene thoughts about her. There wasn’t a day that went by that some perverted thought didn’t so much as cross his mind. In his room he had the most up to date computer which he mostly used for gaming. He was a very academic child but he always found pleasure in playing video games. His favorite types of games were ones where you were able to build your character to be either good or evil. It was always something that he thought were the closets to real life. Your character would build from being a child and through your actions you could either dominate or save the world. He would always play the games to find out all of the possible endings. He never let a game go past him that he didn’t beat. His second favorite were action adventure games, and mainly long ones that even though they had an ending you could never actually beat them because there were just so many things you could do in them that he never got bored.
While playing these games he learned about Massively multiplayer online role playing games. These types of games were nearly able to take the place as top on his list. He could talk to people online and be himself. He always thought that it was easier fr him to get his word across if he were typing it then talking directly to the person. He nearly completely cut himself from reality until to remembered his passion for his field. Using the controllers for the games he started creating robots. He created programs from book that he got from his teachers. The book taught him the basics of programming and he was able to learn everything else from there on his own. The people around him were truly astonished at how quickly he was able to pick up on these sorts of things.
He was truly a genius for his time. Along with robots he created many different gadgets. Many were just to make things easier and a lot of them were failures. Things such as an automatic tooth brush were things that even top scientist weren’t able to do. Tsuna just didn’t have the technology to do said things. Evereytime his robotics team went to a match they would win. With Tsuna’s superior know how and the other teams thinking that he was just some kid their matches were an easy win. His first year in college was pretty much just him in his seclusion although it wasn’t as bad as his days in regular school life. Back in grade school people didn’t so much as look at him let alone talk to him. Atleast here he was noticed even though it wasn’t the type of attention that he wanted.
He believed that his roommate was the best. Not only was the fact that she was indeed the hottest girl on campus but she was also a girl. Beng 12 in college was something he thought was the best. Towards the end of the school year he started learning to get out of his room every now and then. He started to get to know his roommate. She was definitely one of the more beautiful girls he had ever met. She was also extemly nice, especially to children. Tsuna was a bit socially deproved due to the fact that he secluded himself. He learned much frome her calling her the big sister he had always wanted. He tended to give her the title one-chan which she never seemed bothered by. He would fake accidents in order to get into awkward situations because he was able to get away with things such as this. He wasn smart enough to prganize it in a way where he could see what he wanted and it still be what would look like an accident. Whenever a party came up though she was always invited. Tsuna on the other hand was never he on a waiting list. When these days would come around he always felt secluded even more than he had been. His first friend would never stick around or take him with her whenever she went out. This was the first time in a while that he had felt as if he were left out of something. But he didn’t know what to do about it. As the year went by he was just pretty much the same as he had been previously. He went to team matches and did his work. In many cases the only person he talked to was his roommate. And Soon it was his second year of college. This year went by pretty much the same as the first year. He was secluded for most of the year and this pretty much went on for the next few years.
As the years went on Tsuna earned his masters degree in Mechanical and electrical engineering. He learned a few different languages, Japanesse, French, latin, Korean, Spanish, and many more. He has created many inventions After returning home from college his family welcomed him with open arms buit he didn't have many friends or much to do. He would go out during the daytime when his parents were out and his newly born little sister was asleep. While he was out he would converse with spirits when no one was around. This is when the first signs of his ability's began to surface. One day while playing in the park he saw something unusual. A large creature suddently attacked on of the spirits in the area. He tried helping but he was of no help. In a panic he ferll to the ground and sprained his ankle. He was scared beyond belief then all of a sudden a burst of electrical energy shot at the creature. It destroyed part of it be it wasn't detroyed yet. The people weraing black came from seemingly nowhere swooped in and destroyed the creature. They gave him a word of advice and left. After that He started researching what those creatures were. After learning much about them he started training with his power but felt something was missing. After wards his family moved to japan. After moving he decided to go back to school in order to try again. Having already gone through school once getting A's on test wasn't a difficult feat. He became the smartest in the class but asked the teachers to kep it under wraps. he wen through school making friends, going on feild trips and expirencing everything he didn't expirence his first time through. This time he also made sure not to talk about spirits even though they were pretty much everywhere. He is currently working for the Vampiric Order.
Personality: Tsuna is a very fun loving person. He likes pulling pranks and messing with humans. Messing with people is one of his most famous past times. He could prank someone and they would have now way of figuring out who did it. He got the nickname the pranksters. As most can see Tsuna made quietr a transformation from when he was little. He is no longer a quiet kid but a pretty active one. He loves watching the ladies do their sports activities. You could say that he is perverted and your would probably be correct. His sister gets annoyed at his perverted acts. He normally keeps a smile on his face which gives off a certain charm. Girls tend to fall for his smile on first sight so he tends to like girls that are hard to get. Girls that bring a challenge are definitely his favorite. He tends to become a little to interested and pops up in many places that seem unorthodox. Some people refer to him as a phantom for just appearing out of what seems like nowhere. This has got to be one of his more favorite things to do.
Tsuna doesn’t really know much about society and how things work. He tends not to become agry because of this. Even though he has feelings of anger and love, angst and friendship he doesn’t really understand how to show it. Because of this he was never really good at anything other than just being plain weird. Even though he is able to get girls to fawn over him he never really understood how he should react, he just knows that girls that are easy aren’t girls that he likes. He tends to be blunt and straightforward because he doesn’t understand how to be suttle. Overal he is fairly weird individual who doesn’t understand what he should do from what he shouldn’t do.
Abilities:
Tsuna'spowers are all related to electromagnetic phenomena, particularly as manifested by electricity - Tsuna's powers are best described as Super-Conductor Electromagnetism. Due to the wide ranges that Tsuna has, Tsuna's electromagnetic powers behave with a range of frequencies, abilities, and power levels. He has the ability to use electricity and magnetism separately which creates a variety of attacks:
* Electromagnetic Generation, Manipulation, and Control - Tsuna's body can generate Raw Electromagnetic Energy, which he has learned to manipulate; control; and sense sources of electromagnetic energy, electricity, and magnetism for a variety of attacks and uses. He can charge devices (such as the Justice League's Watchtower) with electricity, and alternatively drain the energy from them into himself as well as magnetize and demagnetize metals. Tsuna can hear Radio waves meaning he can listen in on the police broadband and music stations, as well as tapping into the phone lines so he can make calls. Tsuna can choose to keep the electromagnetic energy that he currently holds in his body by controlling the current and voltage for whenever he wants to use it.
*Jets, Bolts, and Bursts of Electromagnetic Force - The means by which Tsuna can fire-off Electromagnetic Energy, Tsuna can fire Jets of electromagnetic energy from his fingers for simple things like turning off electrical devices from stereos to light switches to knocking small things down unnoticed, or even to used to light up his finger/hand so he can see in the dark or administering a Static-Cling. Tsuna can fire Bolts of electromagnetic energy for offensive maneuvers. Tsuna can fire Bursts of electromagnetic energy from his hands for uses like electrifying objects, administering large scale Static-Clings, generating shields and barriers and with a piece of wire he can generate a Nova-Burst.
* Electromagnetic Levitation - By imbuing enough electromagnetic energy into metallic substances, and enough static electricity into non-metallic objects, (similar to his "Static Cling" except that objects float in an electro-static field instead of adhering together), Tsuna can cause objects to fly (metal is the easiest material to manipulate and wood is the most difficult). Utilizing this same principle, Static can apply his powers into objects such as manholes and using Super-Conducter Electromagnetism, fly within the Earth's Electromagnetic Field.
* "Double Taser Shot" - a shot of electromagnetic force aimed & shot out of both Static's fists at the same time.
* "Ball Lightning" - named after ball lightning, the weather phenomenon. Electromagnetic Energy compressed into a large ball & thrown at targets; an offensive maneuver in a combat situation.
* Nova Burst: creates a large scale version of ball lighting and is thrown at opponents. Depending on it's size it can deplete large amount s of energy.
*Railgun- The Railgun is Tsuna best attack. It’s able to condense his electric powers into a beam using his weapon, a metal claw like glove, and firees it at the enemy. It’s a powerful attack that if hit has the ability to stun the opponent for a few seconds or numb part of their body as well as damage which ever body part it hit.
Weapon: Tsuna’s Weapon is a metal combat staff.

To tell the truth Tsuna was well adept to many fighting styles, his favorite being Jujitsu. He always had people underestimating his abilities but has always showed them otherwise. After learning of many different martial arts Tsuna soon created his own that he only uses if the need arises or he just feels like playing around with humans. He also used the data from april’s fights to incorporate into his own fighting style. Mainly he used the fighting blindly. Sight wasn’t the greatest sense for a vampire. It was mostly smell and hearing. He found that closing his eyes made it easier for him to fight. However, He has many other ways of fighting that are just as good. He had researched fighting styles from back into ancient times. Martial arts were used to kill ones opponent and not as a sport. By using this knowledge he was able to learn different kill styles along with one to incapacitated his opponent. Underestimating His ability was a grave mistake. Most who did, if he were to fight them for real, met their demise in a short amount of time. Tsuna wasn’t the type to get into meaningless fights. He has a carefree attitude and really doesn’t care for fighting, only when he needs to will he fight an opponent. Tsuna looked April straight in the face as it came fairly close to his own. Her first statement was referring to Tsuna having what most would call the gift of gab. He was never very fond of quiet places. When he was little he lived in a mansion belonging to the more rich families of the vampire community. In such a big place it was fairly quiet. This is where he first started to hate quiet places. He lived there for a long time. While in such a large yet quiet place he needed to find things to do. This is when he first found interest in the creatures called humans. After martial arts practiced he would hack into the human TV network and used it to learn many different things. Of course many things weren’t different from his own culture. In all honesty there weren’t many things that weren’t the same. During that time he also learned much about mechanical engineering and created a traning chamber in order to get stronger. But that is a story for another day.
Tsuna listened to her questions. Her first was why he was stalking her. He wasn’t thetype to be dishonest with his answers but he also wasn’t the type to divuldge any information about himself he deemed wasn’t things he wanted people to know. However this wasn’t one of those things. “Well it’s not so much that I’m stalking you, more like observing your battles.” Tsuna collected data on many different humans. It was just something you would call a hobby of his. He didn’t care much if people knew, that’s why he didn’t bother to conceal his reitsu. He did conceal his pressure though, most humans wouldn’t be able to handle it, in fact the only ones who could were Vice captain rank or captain ranked individuals. “I do have to say you’re not the only one I “observer” but I do have to admit you are my favorite” Tsuna said with a smile. Her face only being two or three inches away from his own he didn’t feel especially awkward. Yet again his smile gave off the carefree attitude that it always does. His hair was lush with color which only adds to his persona. Most cases he has been described as a expression which was meant to uplift peoples spirits. Of course April might not notice seeing as she had her eyes closed. He knows her way of fighting and her eyes being closed she could make an outline however, because he only knows the basics he doesn’t really know how detailed her outlines were. Even though her incorporated her style into his own he doesn’t use it mush if not ever. “I gather information on humans, it just a personal hobby of mine, it’s really nothing to look into.” This was the truth. It wasn’t really something that meant much, just something he liked to do. “If I go to your first question, I’m just interested in fighting styles in general” He made sure not to reveal the fact he researched martial arts meant to kill. That was a secret that only he knew. He didn’t want to divuldge that information to anyone. Even those he shared many things with he didn’t want that particular one to get out. For someone who doesn’t really like fighting for no reason. Knowing martial arts that were meant to kill would most likely cause people to look on him differently. Atleast this is what he thought, That was something that he didn’t want to happen. He liked his cheerful look. It was the best to compliment his persona. You could say he was somewhat afraid of how people might judge him for knowing things that were meant to kill his fellow being (except hollows and anything of the sort).
He did take notice to the way she talked. It was definitely something that had caught his attention. It had a certain grace to it. Atleast that’s the best he could explain it. He would have likened it to an anges voice but he never had one thought to believe in such things. However, people change, no one has any idea of what might be in store for them next. Her last question was why people called her a vixen. This was probably the hardest question she wanted him to answer. He wasn’t good at saying such things. He knew the answer, atleast the answer he was going to give. “As for your last question,….errr, how do I explain this,” Tsuna was having a hard time getting the right words “Well if I were to say it would be because you’re a beautiful girl” Even if he struggled to find the right words they seemed to roll off his tongue to easily. He meant what he said, there was no doubt that she was a very beautiful girl who would attract the eyes of men in the area. To Tsuna this seemed obvious so he didn’t really understand why she asked the question nor did he know whether this was the answer she was looking for. “People in general would judge a person based on outer appearance, you don’t seem like the type open up to people fairly easily so getting to actually know you wouldn’t happen”. Tsuna knew only a little, he definitely didn’t know about her peace offering deal. Whether I be human culture or vampire that just wouldn’t cross many people’s minds. “well now that I’ve answered your question I have one of my own” Tsuna doesn’t like to ask many questions. But there are times he feels that he just wants to know. “I do have to ask one thing, you seem like the type of person to shut people out, but then it’s almost as if your not doing it intentionally, it’s like you don’t mind friends but there seems to be something in your own mind holding you back from making them, mind telling me that much” Tsuna said. He doesn’t often try to pry infprmation and if she didn’t want to answer it was all up to her, he doesn’t ask twice. He did start to take notice that their faces were sorta close. Although he didn’t really react to it very much his face did turn slightly red. This was a natural reaction for anyone. However, most people would probably show more of a reaction. Tsuna was definitely an odd person, even if most of the time he didn’t really take notice to this fact himself.
