1.in her first Shikai stage she can turn the katana into a cannon that can eat reaitsu blast and fire them back with just as much power,
2. in this Step She Can Use her cannon and plays an illusion on the opponent's Mind that she has Stopped Time, the reason for this is that she has A Very Fast Speed Rate, faster then most normal shinigami, and captains,
3. in her third shikai She Can Spread A Shining light in the Area All Around her And Create A Defense Type Shield, this allow's her to use her cannon to suck in the opponent's attack and copy it and make it her own,

Already Acheiving Bankai this is Where Her Cannon can get offensively Strong, Sacrificing her defense She Can Create Five Pillars from each side of the earth to gather It into A Huge celestial Blast, she can multiply the pillars to about ten to twenty to make a even more destructive Blast, but at the price of her reaitsu, thus this is why she uses her shikai continuely to gain their reiatsu as her own, she uses this rarely, due to the strain it take's on her body,
History/Background: In Her time in soul society she was well respected by her peers and even gained the respect of the general commander himself yamamoto, at one point he even asked her to help him train the soul academy and the people who resided in their, their rena would meet arika, a young girl with extradorinary potential a prodigy like Hitsugaya, she had skills that most of the student's couldnt fathom, rena being interested quickly asked yamamoto to let her into the thirteen court squad's. yamamoto interested to see her in a few batttle's did that jsut that and put arika into the ninth divison, but then sadness came for rena as she seen her family get murdered in the soul society by a group of evil Warriors, that took refugre in earth, she vowed that if she ever found them in life she would kill them
little did she know the same happened to arika, Arika's family was killed by a horrid virus, a evil scientist much like mayuri, used this and on his own clan to test their powers and other human abilitie's. arika not wanting to die herself broke all tie's with this man and went into soul society without a home,
Rena then thought that with their power's combined they could help eachother and Bring the World a better future, and with the time the two bonded a beautiful mother and daughter relationship,
without so much as some warning rena and arika left soul society and hid from them, due to some tension, they felt there, they never looked back since,
now the two Live in A beautiful home that rena was able to afford thanks to her ability to have both a job while on earth, and while she was in soul society,

2.She Can Swing her Sword Around And Fire Mini Balls of Pink energy these Balls mutiply when slashed at and trap the opponent in a energy wall, as it slowly gather's.
Bankai:

Her Pink uniform changes from that to A Blue and white uniform her hair grows longer down to her Back and Her Blade grows in size, in her Bankai Stage she has A numerous Array of special Attack's. as she can combine blue and spirit energy At her opponent's these attack's when used can be maniuplated to fire from each direction in the air,
