Hiro was born Into the Arjan clan in the soul society and being an Arjan he was respected for his clan was one of the Nobile clans, When Hiro was fifth teen he entered the Shinagami academy and was considered a genius of his time but one of his teacher looked down on him for not being like his brother Loki who was the genius of his clan and had graduated the same year he had entered the academy, though Hiro wasn’t like Loki and wasn’t favored by his father like Loki was but it never stopped Hiro from Achieving greatness on his own. Three Years after Hiro entered the academy he had graduated with his class and was the Top of his class and he applied to join the third division which at the time the Captain was Rōjūrō "Rose" Otoribashi, When Hiro Joined the third division he was instantly given the vice captain spot, Hiro and Rose grew to be friends.
A few Months passed and Hiro’s captain Rose gave Hiro a message his brother had left for him which was that he had chosen hiro to be the one to go on his mission with him to Hueco Mundo, The mission was for them to figure out what was causing the hollow’s Strange behavior. When Hiro and Loki got to Hueco Mundo they quickly grabbed the attention of all the hollows and they started to hack and slash at them, when Hiro and Loki thought that they were done with done with killing the hollows in that area they were proved wrong when two Vasot Lordes approached them and attacked. But while they were being attacked something started to change about them, they started to go thru Hollowfication the same time Rōjūrō and the others were back in the soul society. Hiro and Loki still being 1/ 4th still sane decided to quickly head back to the SS, they decided to go right to the 12th Division's research department to see if anyone could stop it. Luckily for them Kisuke Urahara had arrived their seconds after the brothers had. Kisuke attempted to rid them and the others of their Hollowfication, the process proved unsuccessful, making them hybrids rather than turning them back into Shinigami and they were all sentences to be exterminated as if they were hollows.
Though Rose and the others were saved by Yoruichi Hiro and Loki along with 1/3 of their clan that were there all decided to join up with the clan in the human world and once again live united, when Hiro and their clan were in the human world they had found out that the soul society had attacked them and they were all dead. The only survivors were Hiro Loki and everyone that had escaped the soul society they were lucky to-do so for the soul society had gone to their clan home and also tried to wipe them out. Hiro and Loki’s parents were dead but their siblings were was with Loki and Hiro when they decided to leave the Soul Society. Since the day the Soul Society had attacked their clan everyone in the clan grew to hate the Soul Society and would do anything to eradicate the Soul Society.
Personality:
Hiro is laid-back and anything but solemn. He is a flirt, a tease, and often acts like a pervert. Kenji once remarked, that, "I thought you'd sleep with any woman." He likes to tease girls about going on a date with him, and also says he likes high school girls. As a writer of both romance novels and academic books, Hiro loves to drive his editor insane. His most famous and well-celebrated pen name is Noa Kiritani, which he usually uses for his romance novels, as Cherry-Colored Sigh, which he showed to Kenji Arjan, Loki Arjan and Haseo Arjan. They give very different reactions, Kenji asks if a sequel will be coming out, while Loki says it is unacceptable to write that 'smut' and Haseo comments that it's sick. Usually, he makes the editor suicidal by telling her that he didn't write anything yet, though he is finished already.
Hiro's best friends are Loki Arjan and Gendo Arjan. This trio has been friends since they were born Together their nickname is the Arjan Trio. While Gendo and Hiro get along very well, it's less certain how Loki , who is always exasperated with them, became their friend.

Occasionally, Hiro shows that he has another side to himself. He can be surprisingly mature, thoughtful, and gives rather sage and insightful advice to Hara, Kenji, Ryuichi and who ever needs his advice, acting like an actual "adult". He is also quite cunning and somewhat dark-humoured.
Hiro is normally seen in a traditional kimono. Occasionally when he does business, he wears western style clothing (a suit). Naturally Hiro wears either a gray robe or a navy kimono. In the house, he normally walks around bare-footed while everyone else wears socks. He has his specific reasons for doing so, since it is his house.
Along with such behaviors, it is evident that Hiro is extremely manipulative, and would, in reality, use anyone and anything to reach his goal. He also is spiteful, having slept with Yuna Gata, Kenji's Ex-Lover, to get back at Kenji after he slept with Hayley Valentine Hiro's Ex.[at the time both Yuna and Hayley were Hiro's and Kenji's Lovers]

Shikai Abilities:

• Kaonpuo Seishukukaidan: This move causes the blade of Yuuenkatsu to vibrate rapidly. This ensures that the strike of this blade can create fissures in the ground if struck, and weaken structures or metallic objects.
• Tomokenzanme Tenraikangen: This move performs a sort of "echolocation" allowing the user to sense invisible, hidden, or fast enemies.
• Seikouta Umoushinteki: This allows the sword to cause any particles upto two miles away to vibrate. This could cause the object to heat up, or user could slow down the vibrations to make an object cool - also, if certain objects are vibrated, they could produce shrieks if sound to disorient, or bursts of static electricity.

This technique can only be performed after the Zanpaktou has already had a "taste" of a particular energy based technique. The sword then vibrates at the opposite frequency, effectively cancelling the attack.
• Setsudankashou:
This technique causes the blade of Yuuenkatsu to vibrate at the exact opposite frequency of the opponent's Reiatsu, preventing them from accessing it properly.
• Nimen no Ongaku':
This technique is the most powerful move of Teikoku Yuuenkatsu. It causes a lullaby to occur, causing the opponent to become entranced and drop his guard. Then, without warning, a fusillade of bullets of condensed sound strike the opponent, each with a harsh, disorienting impact.

Bala (虚 弾（バラ）, bara; Spanish for "bullet", also translated as "Hollow Bullet") is an alternative to Cero. The technique hardens the user's Spiritual Pressure and fires it like a bullet from their fist. It is seriously weaker than a normal cero, it moves about twenty times faster and can be fired at a much higher rate, but the damage is much the same.

Cero Oblivion is a purple Cero, used only by Hiro Arjan. This cero compares to the Cero Oscurus in power. It covers any exposed light into pitch darkness. The Cero Oblivion's range is vast, and its attack power is great. The Cero Oblivion is far greater than a average Cero. Cero Oblivion's blast range is slightly larger than Cero Oscurus, meaning it is able to damage more enemies.

Chimeishou– The zanpakuto itself floats and acts on its own accord, spewing flame and swiping at enemies at will, while Hara’s hands are free to use such techniques as Omode.

While in Bankai, a great ring of fire extends around the area of Hara and his opponent. These flames are at an incredibly high temperature, and they also heal Hara over time, when they touch his wounds. The purpose of the rise in temperature is to slowly drain the opponent, as they begin to fall to dehydration and, eventually, heat stroke.
Sasshou– Hara can will the flames of his Bankai anywhere he wishes, and these flames will slowly erupt into large columns, trapping his opponent, and effectively harming and neutralizing them.
Hissatsu– Hara himself is bathed in flame, and is able to use all of the abilities of his Shikai and Bankai without pause for a short amount of time. This skill drains him incredibly, often putting an end to his time in Bankai. Because of the dangers this poses to his health, he rarely uses it. Also, his mind is clouded while using this skill, feeling only the most base hostile emotions, such as anger and adrenaline.

He is a carefree guy, who's personality seems to attract many. He is very warm towards his officers, friends and family alike. He is seen to be comical, yet still very serious about his job as Tenth Division Captain. Haseo is shown to have a compassionate, yet serious attitude when it comes to friends and family. He keeps most painful and conflicting thoughts inside, so he can "keep others from worrying about him". Although this method causes him to suffer more than he should. His closest friends, such as his lieutenant, can see right through this and are often his closest confidants. He also tends to worry about those close to him, even when they are completely okay.
In battle he has shown himself to have a calm, collected manner, analyzing his opponent's moves and properly choosing how to counter them. He is shown to keep this demeanor until he begins winning by a large margin. He is then shown to become rather cocky, even going so far as to taunt and belittle his opponents. He often lets enemies know that he is proud of his power, as he has worked very hard for it.

Butaimaru, (流刃若火, lit. Elemental Perfection) is Haseo's Zanpakutô. It has a rectangular guard and a long dark sheath. He wears it on his waist. Butaimaru's release command is "Let our wrath be known to all creation!". The spirit of Butaimaru is that of a gigantic deep green serpentine sea creature with a deep echoing voice. Butaimaru is also portrayed to be a blood-thirsty monster, residing in Haseo's inner world, which takes the form a giant misty lake. Haseo is often seen using Butaimaru to instill fear in his opponents.
• Shikai: In its Shikai, Butaimaru extends slightly in length, and gains a crescent-shaped blade attached to its hilt by a long black, metal chain.
Shikai Special Ability: His Shikai slightly resembles Hitsugaya's Hyōrinmaru. Butaimaru allows Haseo to control water, and in doing so, makes itself a water-type Zanpakutô. His slashes create an immense amount of spiritual power which overflows from the tip of the blade, creating a flow of water shaped like a giant serpent, and on some occasions a shark. The serpent or shark flies at opponents and instantly overcomes anything it touches, possibly drowning the foe. Another power his Shikai has is to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the Haseo must keep absolutely still at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Despite the fact that the prison is made up entirely out of water, and the target is unable to move while within it, the target is still able to speak. However, the one imprisoned still has to maintain the ability to breathe.

o Shikon Kyuushutsu (歯の根救出, Fang of Deliverance): Is the special power of Butaimaru. In Shikai, Shikon Kyuushutsu's blasts are deep sea blue streaks which carry to varying ranges. The power of the attack is capable of carving a large furrow in the ground. When used with a swing at an airborne target, the attack takes the form of a snake-shaped blue blast. However, when used on the ground, it instead rages forward, crushing the ground as it advances.
• Bankai: Koushou Butaimaru (大紅蓮 氷輪丸, Advanced Elemental Perfection) brings Haseo closer to the shape and form of his Zanpakutô spirit. He gains a tail made of water, and stands on a cloud of mist made from the release of his Bankai. It gives him access to more water techniques, making him a feared opponent in battle.
Bankai Special Ability: He has several Bankai techniques:
•
o Suishōha (水衝波, Water Shockwave): This technique allows Haseo to make a spiraling vortex of water from the moisture in the air by swinging his blade. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave, to which Haseo can control the direction the wave goes.
o Suirō (水牢の術, Water Prison): this ability of Butaimaru creates a wall of water that surrounds a target and then forms a huge contained sphere of water in which to imprison enemies, it is also shown to be immensely powerful. It is thought to be an upgrade of Butaimaru's second Shikai power.
o Goshokuzame' (五食鮫, Shark Frenzy): also an upgrade of his Shikai powers, Haseo will swing his blade, summoning five water sharks to attack the opponent. They all come in consecutive attacks, starting with one, two, three, four and finally all five starts to come into contact.
o Suijinheki (水陣壁, Encampment Wall of Water): This defensive power creates a wall of water that can be up to 360° if necessary with a circular whirl of Haseo's Zanpakutô. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping fire techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques.
o Shikon Kyuushutsu (歯の根救出, Fang of Deliverance): Are Butaimaru's special ability and technique and also Haseo's signature attack. In Bankai, the attack becomes much more powerful, changing color to a dark green. Unlike the Shikai version, the direction of the green Shikon Kyuushutsu can be controlled with the blade, providing greater range and accuracy. Often, upon contact, it will engulf the foe and create a gigantic explosion. The power of Shikon Kyuushutsu is further increased when Haseo assumes his Vizard form.

Cero Calcina (lit. Zero Mortar) is a special variation of Cero that is used in a certain way. By focusing a small crimson colored orb of Cero upward into the sky, and then releasing it when in the stratoshpere, multiple Crimson colored blasts of Cero will rain down on the target. To use Cero Calcina, the user must aim there Middle and Pointer finger upward and release the Cero

He began like any other Shinagami, by going through Academy training. He was the top of his class because he possessed a huge amount of spiritual energy. However, during his training, a Hollow attacked and his commander/teacher fled leaving him and his Brother Ryuichi to fend for themselves. Kenji, in a blind fit of rage, utterly demolished the hollow. After completion of his training and some other unknown activities, he was given the Third Seat of the First Division. While training to gain Bankai, Kenji learns the name of his Zanpakutô, Hakuten. He then begins speaking to inner spirit more often and eventually activated Shikai. During this time Kenji encounters a group of Shinagami who are hunting Rouge Shinagami. He defeated two of the five with ease. The other three began to wear him down and this caused Kenji to go into another rage fit. He easily defeats all three almost effortlessly. Kenji eventually gains control again and he is confronted by a shinigamis named, Akihiko Hikaru. Akihiko begins the training by telling Kenji that it usually takes hundreds of years and then some to activate Bankai, but Kenji seems undeterred. Akihiko reveals a device that will shorten the time for this training by forcing Kenji's zanpakutō's spirit to materialize in the real world. Kenji is able to gain Bankai within a week, however he has poor control over it due to lack of training. After his achieving of Bankai, Kenji and his brother Ryuichi left the SS to be with their clan in the Human world.

Hakuten (Japanese for White Heaven) it takes the form of a broad like sword with a yellow handle with no tsuba.
Shikai : "Come towards the light" is the release command for
Hakuten.
Shikai Special Ability: Hakuten has the ability to absorb the darkness in the surrounding area and transfer it into light energy. Kenji can then fire the energy at the opponent.
Bankai: Angel of Judgment, a pure white angel carrying heavenly scales appears behind Kenji.
Bankai Special Ability: She puts two people to be judged on her scale. Their sins thought their life determine how much the scale will tip, Kenji is always judged first. Hakuten delivers a unique punishment depending on the sins the person has committed. So far the only judgment she has delivered is The Eternity Feast which sentences the victim to 1,000 years of digestion in her stomach before being sentenced to Oblivion. Even though Kenji has never lost there is a negative side to his Bankai. The weight of his sins greatly harm his body, the weight puts a huge strain on his body and can severely drain him. The first time he is seen using it he states that the weight of his sins crushed his very soul. Also it seems that the angel can bind an opponent's limbs using chains that she materializes. Kenji stated that the angel does not allow violence in her presence.
