Jace yawned the amount of sleep he had gotten in the last two days was now borderline ridiculous. The man had gone from once every few days to a repetitive amount in the last two days. Taking in his surroundings his hand pressed on something. He looked at Kay he had forgotten about her. She was still new to his life and didn’t play into his dreams yet. And yet Jace couldn’t think of a time without her. He smiled and got up getting dressed. He forwent the water this time. just needing something to eat he found some fish that he had caught the night before kept cold in a cooler. He lit up the fire and started to cook.
