Your Monarca, Sergei Zarkonheinz, has found a few persons of interest. All of them are powerful or have a unique power. You, as his followers, will find out everything there is to know about these people.
Tsubine Zarkonheinz, no relation to Sergei. Tsubine is the Captain of the Second Division of the Gotei 13. He is also a Vizard with unknown potential. He is a very perceptive combatant and is very skilled in many forms of combat.
Shadin Yuudeshi. Most of what he is capable of is unknown. He has some form of a demon sealed inside of him, which he uses as well as his Shinigami powers. Be cautious when approaching.
Kisuke Urahara. Former Captain of the Twelfth Division of the Gotei 13 and head of the Shinigami Research and Development Institute. His Bankai is unknown, but his Shikai is exceptionally strong. Also he is the creator of the Hougyouku. Be very cautious if you approach this man.
Kohaku Kioshi. Captain-Commander of the Gotei 13. Uses a fire-based Zanpakutou. He is very powerful. Do not approach.
Ketsu. Very powerful individual. It is impervious that we do not approach him as of now. Once we have the appropriate means, we will attempt to capture him. His powers are flame-based. Be VERY cautious when following.
Midori Suguira. Powerful individual. Known as one of the strongest, if not the strongest wind-based user. Do not approach.
Misaiko Suguira. Very strong combatant. Though she may not like fighting, she is very strong. Do not approach.
Tsuna Iramasha. Powerful lightning-based attack user. Is one of the strongest electricity users. Be careful if you approach.
Shizuka Yami. Mostly unknown. Be wary if you approach, as we do not know what her powers are, or what she is capable of.
