Background: Kiyomi was born into the Arjan family and when she was first born she had something the other family members didn't have which was of course big wolf ears on her head that everyone would make fun of her about, until she was about 10 years old when she would always get into fights with all of the other guys, but of course beat the crap out of them cause she belonged to the Arjan clan and was very spiritualy powered. Around the age of 13 when she was walking to school she met someone who had beaten the crap outta her, but it wasn't the normal person it was more like a vizard, but she had challenged him in the first place to try and test her strength and because she was young she almost died trying to defeat him. But what happend out of that was a good thing because when she almost died the guy who she was fighting made it so that she didn't by making a hollow become inside of her and help her along the way.
Kiyomi was misplaced at the age of 15 when she got taken from her home by a kidnapper and then raped. But this is when Azul had arrived and without any question she had found a sword that was lying on the ground and picked it up and when she did so she felt a overwhelming power take over and then she ran and stabbed the guy right through the stomach and watched as he bled out onto the ground. Her hollow had taken her body over from that point and what she didn't know was that the guy that gave her that immense power was watching over her and when he saw this he held her firm while she was battling her hollow inside.
She finally won the fight after around 90 mins, which somehow she was able to do, she had finally defeated her hollow side and then she fell onto the ground only to awaken in a hut in a village far off.
Personality: Kiyomi is one of the people that really just doesn't care, she acts tough all the time to hide her true feelings. She thinks that most of the time when Hiro and Loki protect her from other guys that are out to get her body, she doesn't like that all too well, but has gotten used to it. When fighting she shys away from fights she can win easily and normally she doesn't like fighting with her sword and has practiced in the art of taijutsu.
She can be like one of those people who don't really mess around often or she can mess around all of the time and she's really not afraid to show off her body which is why a lot of the guys come around her to look at her.
With her fighting she won't back down from even the toughtest fights and most of the time she loves challenges and has never dated a guy for more then two weeks.
Kiyomi also has another personality in a way, because she had a tramatic event whenever someone reminds her of it, she goes insane and will kill anything in her path until she can finally settle and find that one thing that brings her back, which is her family, Hiro Arjan, and Loki Arjan.
Likes: She doesn't like to be given gifts and she doesn't like to go to the movies and sit around in a house and likes most of the time to run around from place to place and exercise her skills.

Fear: She's one of the four horseman, she doesn't ever fear anything because her brother is death.

Extreme Agility: Speaking as Kiyomi is basically the assassin of the Arjan clan she can move and dodge at high speeds in which other people can't and her abilities even rival that of Yoruichi because of the fact that she can move at high speeds with shunpo and is able to dodge at that same high speeds.
Flexibiltiy: Being a girl she already had a added flexiblity in with everything else so this means that most of the time she is able to do back hand springs and all the other stuff because she has trained her body very well.
Severe Impact: When punching, she uses her reaitsu to make it do something like the raseangan from Naruto, with her fists she can use them to punch someone and make the other side of there body hurt, instead of where she impacted with there fists.
Zanpakutô Spirit:
Azul is the spirit that resides in her zanpakuto. The place where she resides is in a snowy village much like the one in Kiyomi's apperance. Azul is like the second mother to Kiyomi in a way, because she has been the one that was with Kiyomi throughout the entire time and that had helped her escape the clutches of the rapist.
Sealed Zanpakutô : Basically Kiyomi doesn't really boast anything like a sword, cause most of the time she just uses her own physical strength cause she had been trained by her brothers and a friend of the Arjan family. Her Zanpakuto is actually many, because she uses senbon needles that she has extreme accuracy with and can make them return to her in the blink of an eye.
Shikai Description:When Kiyomi speaks the release phrase her needles all return to her and a sheet of ice comes in between all the needles as a fan is now produced from them and she wields two at one time, but they can also open up fully and make a full circle so that she can use them as a shield or she can throw it and have them come back to her to defend herself again.
Shikai Abilities: Kiyomi is one of the masters at hand to hand combat, and she uses her fans as a different kind of thing to attack someone, she imbues them with something that she calls severe impact with her fans. * Power Augmentation: With the acquisition of the mask via the subjugation of ones inner Hollow. A Vizard gains access to a additional and separate source of power, in addition to the Shinigami powers one already possesses. The accumulation of both powers together greatly augments the powers of the Vizard beyond what a Shinigami and/or Hollow alone would be capable of.

Looks 23 years old, but is actually a unknown age, she hints though to being as old a Kisuke Urahara.
Appearance:
Personality: Respecting herself and her opponent that she is fighting, that is what she was brought up on, respect and self awareness. She is one of those people that is very respectful, sitting right and everything, her attitude toward the sexual things that are in life are basically something of the goody two shoe that some people would talk about. That's only because she isn't the type of person that was brought up on something like that.
Shizuka is really open to the arts of other things, that's why she really is into the art of martial arts, which is what she has trained in since she was a very little girl. Also she has a big thing about emotions, she can read them very well to her training and she is a pretty good psychologist in any aspect.

Traits: It all depends on which stage that Shizuka will enter in the fight she is undergoing, when she is in a fight that might kill her, her eyes start to turn almost wolf like, her eyes become different colors, one blue and one is always black. Her ears though are always like how they are in the appearance, that part never has changed.
Weakness: Anger, anger is the one thing that will take over her and not let her use Seikuken or any of her other techniques.
Powers: # Seikūken: It involves controlling the entire radius within one's arm length, creating an impenetrable shield around oneself.The Seikūken can only be erected with a calm mind if one is not calm, it would be near impossible to erect the Seikūken.
# Ryuusei Seikuken: A more advanced Seikūken instead of controlling the radius the Seikūken turn into a layer of skin to anticipate the flow of the opponents. You have to be absolute calm to use it even a slight of emotion will disrupt it. If an enemy is too strong, reduce your Seikūken to a thin layer of skin and antcipate the flow and dodge the opponent's attacks. Although you can read the move of an opponent but that doesn't mean you can nessicarially dodge it. There are 2 levels in Ryuusei Seikūken. First, is to read the opponent's flow. Second, imagine in your opponent's feelings and heart, and going with the flow overturn them.

Background: Tsukiko was one of the founders of the organization known as Fuyutsukikage her past is basically unknown but what is known is that around the age of 18 she was found by Wulffrith and trained by him. He had found her under a tree when he was about 17 years old, that's when she was only 13 years of age. Tsukiko was trained in everything that Wulffrith knew and soon enough got to the higher ranks of elite 7 that Wulffrith was in. Tsukikio when she turned to the age of 18 was quickly found that she was more then enough to fight off many of the Hollow's that had come to try and take over the city. What one thing was weird is that she felt there was something more out there that noone even knew about and she soon learned about the true intentions behind the group that she was in. It was a counter team that was privatly funded by Gendo and it was to take down any other spirtual beings that try to come and harm the human world.
Personality: Tsukiko is for the most part a lot like her sensei, she's a very spiritual girl that loves to just sit back and relax, for the most part she is serious unless you actually get to know her. She is always serious however in a fight and will always try her hardest to win, and she never gives up.

Geppou (Moon Step): Just like Shunpo this allows the user to move much faster then normal allowing the speed of the person and their punches to increase. Another thing about it is that Geppou can be used over long distances as to kick off air even. Geppou is able to keep up with even the fastest Shunpo that the Captain's of the Gotei 13 have.
Soru: Tsukiko has been taught by Wulffrith to use this power, it is the ability to kick the ground 10 times before going somewhere to increase your speed futher. This works with punches and kicks and everything else. While in Soru Tsukiko isn't able to move. Its basically she throws a shurkien and then uses the shurkien that she hears to direct her movements cause she isn't able to fight and isn't able to see.
