The Leader of The Akusaga is Atrocitus.

The base is located in a realm between the Human World and Demon world to get in you must use the rings that Atrocitus forged with his shamanistic magic, the Ring gets charged with blood of your enemy and with the oath of the Akusaga. The Red Rings are fueled by the rage of their users and those around them. the ring covers the user in a protective aura which shields them from harm and enables flight. The ring fires blasts of rage energy, which takes the form of corrosive, rage-energized blood. The user can also regurgitate this blood.*
