Hiro Seto is a new transfer student to Akuma High an all–boys high school, a place where only the worst delinquents assemble. The Students of Akuma High is hated by the general public of Tokyo and only few teachers teaches there before quitting or die due to wars between other schools or within its self against the other years.
Hiro is an insanely strong fighter but has an irresponsible personality and will have to befriend some of the strongest of the delinquents of the school, and earn respect in the school even if it means by starting a ground war with other schools.
