Mostly used by Hybrids it is a move that is only used in drastic times and it takes massive amounts of Reitsu, Chaos Black hole swallows up anyone in sight including the user, It does massive damage to the opponent and the user. If a blast stronger then the black hole enters it the black hole will be reduced to nothing and the user would have wasted his Reitsu.
