Roiben was walking downtown Karakura. He was really getting bored of the soul society, and wanted to find something better to do with his life. Nothing had been going on, and he felt like he was just wasting time with them. Still, he had nothing better to do than stay with them. It was quite sad, really.
He looked at the massive crowds of people, and wondered what was going on with them. He wondered if any of them could see him. Lately Karakura had been having more people who were spiritually aware. It made him wonder if the same thing was going on in other places in the human world. He had been to a few of the bigger cities, and started to think of the chaos that could ensue when some of those cities become more spiritually aware.

~Iza~
In the middle of Downtown Karakura there was a small park where parent took their children to play and let their dogs excersize. Iza, just getting off her shift at the school library, was enjoying the sunshiny day and the nice temperate weather. It hadn't been very long since she moved to Karakura to aquire a job but she was happy with the move and enjoyed learning the town bit by bit.

Roiben walked into a park and took a seat. He was sick of walking, aimlessly at that. His zanpakuto wasn't on him, becuase he could manifest it whenever he needed it. To others, he looked like a normal civilian. He didn't wear his shinigami outfit when in earth. With more and more humans being able to see him, he just wanted to blend in. Still, it seemed fate had other plans for him.
Roiben looked in the sky, and a group of 10 hollow came out of a dimensional rift. Roiben sighed, and stood up. His zanpakuto manifested in his hand, which took the form of a nodachi. He jumped into the sky, toward the hollow group, which noticed him and went after him. Roiben used a shunpo that none of the humans would have been able to follow with their eyes, and purified the hollow. It was almost a shame he was the only one in the area. A captain dealing with regular, garden variety hollows wasn't much of a fair fight for them.
Roiben made his zanpakuto dissolve, and landed back on the ground. He walked back over to his park bench and took a seat. He hoped none of the humans saw him. He didn't want to deal with many questions.

~Iza~
The sounds of the hallows ripping the demetion between the human world and their own was crippling to Iza. It cause her to pause in fear though her ears screamed in pain and her heart cationed her to run. With her eyes opened wide she looked around at all the people enjoying the day. Didn't they hear it too? Could they not tell that their live where in dager?
Hear sense of sound vanished as she paniced more and more. What do I do? These people are in great trouble, I have to warn them... but if I do... I'll be outcasted again. Sound returned to her ears, and she looked up to see what this new scream was.
"D... Dying?" She couldn't help but say out loud. A woman with her baby in a stroller walked by, pausing for a moment, puzzled by why this woman suddenly said that.
A few moments later something else caught Iza's eyes. After the last hallow had turned to dust and faded into nothingness, a dark figure fell to the ground. It took a moment for her to realize it, but the figure was a man. Regaining her composure, Iza walked over to where the man was sitting and bowed, her long brown hair shrouding her eyes and face.
"Thank you so much kind Sire." Her voice was meek and shaken as she tried to spit her worlds onto the grass. "I don't know how you did it, but I know you killed those... whatever they were."

Roiben looked up at the woman who bowed before him. Great. Now he had humans bowing to him, as if he were a king. That was why he hadn't wanted any of them to see him. As he thought about how he should respond, and saw the obvious look of gratitude, he thought his response may seem too cold... so he decided to go with something kinder...
"It's no problem. With how weak those hollow were, anyone of my stregnth could have done it without even tiring."
Roiben stood and began to walk away. He wondered how many others saw what he did, and if they did, how many more would give their thanks to him.
