It was a beautiful day on the shores of Okinawa. A hurricane across the seas, near California, had stirred the waters and enormus waves were hitting the white beaches of Japan, it was a surfers dream. Aquatic tunels with each wave at speeds that only top surfers dared to take on.

In the warm midday sun, Mimi was out on her hand made surf board shreding so gnarly waves. She was wearing a pink bikini instead of the standard wet suit because she felt it was too confining and kept her from doing all the tubular tricks she was performing. At the end of her run she paddled in towards the shore for a break.

Kyle was out in the waves. He was in normal swim trunks and the waves were huge. He went up on the waves and did the most amazing tricks. he was using a bit of wind manipulation in order to land properly. the way he ripped the waves would even make the pros look like idiots. He went up on a huge wave and then jumped straight up and fell into the water. He came back up and started to laugh. he was having a lot of fun today. It was a clear day with no cloud and site and the sun was only hot enough for the beach to feel great.

Mimi noticed Kyle out on the waves as she sat on her board catching her breath. She though that something was odd, the way he wasn't moving his board to perform the stunts the way it aught to be done confused her and she couldn't understand how a man, of his build and hight was able to use the board he was using. Never the less she continued to watch the man on his board.

Kyle hopped back on his board and went up on another wave this time he used normal techiques. He thought something might be odd if he continued to use his opowers. However he did use them in moderation. He would adjust the speed he would get from paddling and use the wind to help him keep his balance. It wasn't that he couldn't do it without it but using his powers he could speed up on the board without having to use the water to gain speed. He looked down and noticed a girl watching him.He came down from the wave and went up to her. "Sup, you've been watching me for a while, is there something wrong with my surfing?" Kyles asked, He was a little curious to my she was watching him like that.

"Nah, just watching you out there. Seemed like your moves were a little off, but maybe the sun was just in my eyes." She said calmly looking at the man. The beads of water that ran down his body didn't help her to not look at his body. He was a surfer alright, and by the look of his physic one who had been at it for a while.

Kyle was a little confused. He thought for a second about it and it seemed that using his powers might have made his style look odd but it's not like anyone would have noticed anyway. Kyle took a look at her for a second. She had a nice body and he wasn't the type of guy that was afraid or ashamed to look. "Hmm, very nice I say Grade "A"" Kyle said something out of the blue and he wasn't sure if she understood what he meant. "Hey wanna hit a couple of waves with me?" Kyle said with a smile.

Pausing for a moment, unsure is she should be flattered or weirded out by what he had said about her after an once over with his eyes, Mimi decided to say nothing to the comment and without saying anything at all began to paddle out to catch the next wave.

"Beat ya there!" she called back to him.

Kyle began to paddle pretty fast and go ahead of mimi. the wave started to come up. the wave was pretty big, probably one of the biggest ones today. The wave Picked Kyle up as he stood straight up to catch the wave. "Come on let's see what you got" Kyle said with a smile. he was just like a little kid expressing his joy without holding back.

Fallowing Kyle's lead, Mimi stood up on her board and answered to his challenge. She zipped up and down the water, leaving a shimmering trail of water droplets behind her. Her hair flowed in the wind as she reached the ark of the wave and did a 360 spin, landing in a grind on the very top.

Kyle sped up on the wave and hit the top flying up off the edge. He did a flip in air and used his powers to corect himself before landing back on the wave. he landed down right in front of Mimi doing the same move she just showed off. "Wow your pretty good, but do you really think you can beat me?"

"First off," she yelled to him over the roar of the water, "I didn't know this was a competition! Second, I have no hope to beat you, so long as you keep using what ever magic tricks your using!" Her voice was in a kidding tone though she knew that there was no way possible that he could of pulled that move off without some sort of cheatting. The water had curled at the top since she had does her spin in the air and if he had truely tried to do that trick without any sort of help, he would of landed head first in the water after a rather amusing whip out.

"I'm not using anything that is not part of me" Kyle said in a joking tone. His powers were part of him so it wasn't really like he was cheating or anything. He used his abilities to surf that was it. he wasn't lying or anything. "How about you lead the way for the next move" Kyle said. "I would like to see how you handle it" He smiled as he was serious. He wanted to see her moves on the board. He was sure that it wouldn't be too hard. She seemed like a really good surfer and he wanted to check out her abilities.

Without saying another word to him she roose an eyebrow, questioning the situation and excuse then began to paddle out for the next wave. She cut her board sharply to the right, left, right, and left again untill she was ontop of the wave. She stood in a crusified Jesus stance as the wave pushed her towards the shore closer and closer. The closer to shore she came the more dangerous it was for her to still be up there like that.

At the last moment she popped the nose of the board up in the air by stomping on the tail end. she went flying over six feet into the air. Fallowed by a trail of water droplets, the board and her body resembled that of a mythical mermaid. Landing back into the water, another wave pushed her back to where she was sitting to talk with the man.

Kyle was watching the entire thing. It wasn't that he couldn't do those same thigns without his powers, he just chose not to. He was a great preformance and her skill was definitly above normal. he was enjoying it. she had paddled her way back to him where he was waiting . "You got some pretty nice moves there" Kyle said then he just remembered something. "Oh I'm sorry I never introduced myself, the names Kyle, Kyle Tonoya, it's a pleasure to meet you miss?...;" Kyle awaited an asnwer back. She didn't need to give her name but it would only be polite.

"Miyatsu Chiniwatsu." She said in a drole tone of voice. It wasn't that she didn't like the fact that this man had asked her to introduce herself but she hated her name. "Only family calls me that though, it's Mimi or I'll kick your ass!" Her face gleared at Kyle for a moment but a small half smirk a few seconds after was to insure him that she was only kidding.

"I'm bored with this... I'm getting out of the water... I guess I'll see you around." Starting to pattle towards the shore, Mimi didn't look back to see if the man was watching her or if he even cared that she was leaving. "See ya around I guess." She yelled back to him.
