Kaji Enkou was captain of squad 6 in the soul society. Him and Gin Ichimaru, planned to leave the soul society and start a new world. When Gin didn't show, when they were supposed to meet, Kaji went to look for him. He met up with him, and the rest of the shinigami watching Gin, Tousen, and Aizen, leave to hueco mundo. Kaji then noticed that he was going to leave on his own. Kaji did a kido that not even the head captain knows, and blew everyone back far enough to where he was able to build his portal using this hidden kido, and leave the soul society. He landed in the world of the living, when Grimmjow, the first espada, first made his appearance in the world of the living. Kaji then abducted him, due to his great strength. This started Kaji's army. Kaji built this army to destroy the vizards, except for himself, and the soul society. He has hated the soul society for some time now, and the vizards were the reason for it. So he also hated the vizards. You see, the vizards, kidnapped his little sister a long time ago, and turned her into a vizard. Kaji was too late to save here because the head captain wouldn't let him go save her. That is the reason for hating both. Now. He is going to destroy both and rule the world of the living. Meanwhile, there is shinobi, or ninja, living in the world of the living. This is because they are humans. These aren't normal humans though, they are about as strong as the soul society and have what is called chakra, and not reaitsu. This is a form for their Jutsu which is like Kido. They are stuck in the middle, so they need to fight in the war as well. Meanwhile, the shinobi side also has a difficult problem to deal with. Kinomi was just a little girl when she could first see spirits. They contacted her for the first time because she had an IQ of a 17 year old at 6 years old, and she was also born with a demon within her. She likes to show this demon with hate and violence. She grew up without a family, and a school, she was never accepted as a shinobi, but the demon within her was able to see this and gave her the powers of a shinobi. The shinigami started to be aware of the incidents that she has been causing, and have been ordered to seal her in a dungeon that Kisuke Urahara was assigned to control, back when he was in the soul society. But none have succeeded in getting a hold of her. She has no purpose in doing the things that she does, other than the fact that she enjoys it. She enjoys causing pain, and getting it by the enemies that are equal in strength to her.
