It'd been countless weeks, 3 to be exact, since Raziel had been stationed in this city. For him, this could have been somewhat relateable to a short jail term in hell. If hell was boring, that is. Raziel, not being to found of humans, or anyone outside the shinigami, felt as if his superiors had just stuck him inside a big hamster cage and told him to watch out for stray bugs. The two hollows that had shown up to him in the passing weeks had been pathetic excuses for target practice. It'd been so long since he'd seen his kind, or even had his heart rate pass 30 beats a minute.
Over the weeks, he'd taken to roaming about the city every hour or so, followed by waiting upon the highest building he could find. It was all he could do to stay sane, being amongst the hustle of the streets, especially when no others could see him, was nerve racking. He'd rather spend his time in a place where he didn't just feel alone, but he knew he was alone.
Raziel sighed, laying his back onto the white marble railing that adorned the bussiness tower. His eyes slowly drifting amongst the clouds, counting birds that weren't there. He fell into a frown, 6 more days. He would only have to bear this six more days, then he would be back in his room. Back to his books, he hoped his superiors would even remember him. This had not been a mission for an officer, even if this town was on high priority. It was almost like, whenever he would get a chance for action, that some faster shadow knicked it out of his clutches as he rounded a corner, or descended below a tree line, out of sight, and taking the experience of the battle with him.
He kicked one leg over the opposite knee, as if waiting for the sun to start setting faster, when his kimono jiggled. One of his eyebrows shot up as he pulled out a classic looking pocket watch and flipped it open, his hollow detector. One hollow, lower mid-class, 7 seconds, coming in... two and a half meters away.
He jumped to his feet, shocked back into his sense of normal duty and looked from the watch to the city around him rapid fire, the seconds ticking down, as he finally got the direction down. He stared down at a smaller building below him, where a white face poked through a black rift, and as Raziel was about to flash step to his target, a blur of color flashed by it.
Poor thing didn't even have a chance, nearly disentegrate by a mere cut, its existance falling away along with the rift. This left Raziel to stare down at the man who had once again stole his prize... who was he?...

| | Z i n Y u u d e s h i | | (Zin's Appearance is in the spoiler below and mask below)[/img]
(I suck at intro's. Hopefully I'll be able to post better as the thread goes on. =P)"Another one reduced to nothing but dust!" Shouted Zin Yuudeshi with a hardy laugh as he slaughtered another hollow with the mere swing of his blade. "I don't know what's up, but today there's sure been a lot of Demon and Hollow Acivity. Oh well, it's more practice for me and my mask anyway! The more training I put in, the longer I can hold my vizard powers and increase my battle. I can't believe I've come this far in my training. It's fucking awesome."After patting himself on the back about his land-side victory over the hollow, Zin placed his right hand above his face and had his mask fade away into nothingness as he returned to his regular state. At least for now anyway. "Hm, I think that makes twenty kills in one day. Haha, these shinigami really aren't doing their job. It's always up to the Karakura Defenders to clean up their mess." Zin then sheathed his Zanpukto and stood on the edge of the building. "Aye-ya. You think with this war against hollows and demons there would be beefed up patrol around the world. What a bunch of frauds those Gotei-13 jerks are." Zin then spat on the ground and sighed. "Anyway, I wonder when Eriko's ass will get here."

Sadly for him, Raziel had arrived a split second to late to see the young man still wearing his mask. By the time he'd come to the edge of his building, the punk was just standing on the edge, like he, but looking to far down to immediatly notice Raziel. It went on like that for a few seconds, Raziel contemplating action. It had to be handled carefully, this punk obviously handled sometype of great power, and he could feel something faintly Death God-like coming from him. However, he was not any officer he recognized, and only officers would have as much power as he.
One thought permiated above all else; Rogue. It lingered like a hangover in his thoughts, pounding against him whenever he considered a course of action. He tried to reason away from it, but the path was clear. This man was conducting business in his protected territory, and being under suspicion as a rogue, Raziel could not, in good concious, leave without confrontation. But, the young man seemed stiff with some type of combat high, so Raziel gave him a few precious seconds to enjoy his victory. He might as well get it over with. He sighed, kneeled and put a hand on the edge of his taller building and descended into a slide that led him down about 12 feet, into site of the young man. He then kicked off, gliding through a few yards of air, before abruptely flashstepping onto the same piece of railing where the young man stood. He stood there, hands crossed, his shoulders high with authority. He rattled his left knee against his sword's scabbard, not ina threatening way, but it caused the sword to sink into more defined sight. He stood there for a few seconds, facing toward the opposite way from the punk, but looking at him.
The man, though he looked to be someone senior a college student, still held both youth and rebeliousness in his face. He looked much younger than Raziel, despite Raziel not yet giving off signs of middle-agedness. The stood at even faces, though from his angle it appeared that Raziel might have some insignificant, minute hair of height on the man. Their shoulders seemed to be about as broad as one another, but the man let them slouch. He held a lazy confidence about him that Raziel almost envied.
Raziel flashed him a proffessionally friendly smile, before speaking. He'd unexpectadly come to nice terms with the punk in his mind. He considered being brief and nice to the lad, when the resounding word ' rogue ' once again rang through his mind. The boy, no matter how youthful or adventurous he seemed, appeared to be rogue, under the evidence. Until an explanation was given, he was under suspicion. There was no room for sincere friendliness when confronted with something plausably dangerous.
" Hello, I'd like your name please." He said, his friendly smile slipping into something almost hurt, at the sudden renching of optomism from his system. It panged with small hurt inside his chest to treat someone like this, like a criminal on sight. " As well as any information regarding you past history with the Shinigami of Soul Society." He was polite and hopeful, but at the same time tried to be convincing to the boy. All business, kid he thought, all business.

| | Z i n Y u u d e s h i | | (Zin's Appearance is in the spoiler below and mask below)"Hm, what's this? A Shinigami? What do you want with me?" Asked Zin out of curiosity after sensing Raziel's Spiritual Presence near him. "It looks like you're from the Gotei 13, so I can almost guarantee ya' it's on official business. So I ask, what did I do officer?" Zin added on as he turned towards Raziel, chucking a bit about what he said at the end of his sentence. He wasn't quite afraid of this shinigami due to the all the massive amounts of training he went through with Shadin Yuudeshi, Kisuke Urahara and Sho Sora. "My name and History, eh?"Asked Zin once again as he rasied an eyebrow at that question Raziel asked him. "Well, for starters, my name is Zin Yuudeshi. Son of former Captain of Squad 3, Hideki Yuudeshi, and current Captain of Squad 5, Haruko Yuudeshi. These two are my mother and father. I'm also related to Ziamichi known as Shadin Yuudeshi, my older brother. He possesses a great demon inside him named Oni Chiita. I also have another brother named Tohru Yuudeshi, although I doubt you know him. He is the Pseudo Version of my brother. " With introductions out of the way, Zin put each of his hands against the back of his head and began to think of some of his history for Raziel. "As for the Gotei 13, I ain't apart of them. However, my brother used to be Byakuya's 3rd seat and nearly became Captain before he withdrawn himself from there." Zin then streched his arms and let out a small yawn. "However, I'm not affiliated with you all. I'm apart the 7 Vizard Council. Sector 6's Vice Captain." Zin then paused and wondered how Raziel would process this information. 'Hopefully he won't blow it up and make a big deal of it. Vizards are pretty much allies in this war against Demons and Hollow's. We aren't the threat anymore and we shouldn't be feared.' Thought Zin as he remembered how the Gotei 13 treated Vizards back in Kisuke Urahara's day. "However, before you jump to conculsions, we are a good people. Our group aids in the protection of life and liberty within our assigned sectors, we don't interfere with a country's culture or political structure, we act within local laws and obey the local authority within reason. We take no action against anyone or anything until they are proven to be a threat against life and liberty. We show respect for life which includes restraint of force unless there is no reasonable alternative and give \top priority to the greatest danger in the human world." 'What a mouth-full.' Thought Zin after he finally finished his speech. "So yeah...ha...that's the new generation of Vizards. We aren't the enemy anymore. I hope everyone comes to accept us~"

"Yuudeshi." He'd read the reports available to him on all of the captains, and he believed that he had a firm understanding of the powers the 5th Captain commanded. He knew no one outside of his squad personally anymore. It was not worth the effort, and usually did not give him much more information about people than he already knew. Though, the rest of the family history stunned him for a moment. The records gave some of the names of the Captain's relations, but the sudden knowledge of their individual situation gave him something to stand on. The family held power of varying degree, but he could assume this man was dangerous.
As well, "I'm part of the seven Vizard Council " rung through his ears as the punk continued to speak. Raziel let him drag on in his speech, he'd heard enough. He pulled his hands to his waist. His right hand gripping his sash and his left hand gripped into a fist on the tip of his sword's hilt. There was already, by those simple words, enough rising fury in Raziel to send him in a spiral of violence, if it hadn't been that he was still comprehending information, Raziel most likely could not have stopped himself from lashing out.
Brother, demon, parents, shinigami. He himself was going around wiping out hollow, a shinigami's job. If Raziel's initial instinct told him correctly, it was some type of political insult. Which meant, most likely, that somewhere along the line there was a breakdown between his parents and him. Why else wouldn't the boy have some high ranking position with the Shinigami? The vizard command the same basic powers as the Death Gods, but...
They corrupt it. They let their souls feed on an evil power, one that shinigami have sworn to protect against. They see it, all of it, all the pain, fear, and death caused by hollows, and that doesn't stop them from going and ahead and using the same power. Corrupted by their own choice, they spit in the face of societ, order, law, as well as good itself. Whether by stupidity, greed, or desire, they stray from the path. They wield the weapon, the tool, of the Balancers, but mark it with evil, there is not an accurate word that can overall describe them. Thieves, traitors, hypocrits,...
Scum
When Raziel raised his head, the boy had haulted his speaking. Well enough, Raziel had not heard his last moments of speech anyway. His left hand slowly shivered. And through all the emotion and inate desire to strike out, he formed a few words, " Visored, you have no right... " He grit his teeth, his vocal cords failing him, as a cold sweat of condensed anger ran down his forehead. When he looked up at the punk, his eyes were unwavering, blood shot, veins bright against a pale background.
The reasonable thoughts eventually broke through into his mind, as he was reminded that they were in a public place. The punk was powerful, any exchange here could prove deadly to bystanders. But still, he could not stand to see the punk, the scum who spat in the face of all of his beliefs about order and the higher good. He shivered, trying to somehow calm himself and disengage, but it was a losing battle.

| | Z i n Y u u d e s h i | | (Zin's Appearance is in the spoiler below and mask below) '...Maybe he is one of those people who despise vizards.' Thought Zin to himself as he stared at Raziel. 'His body lanague is just screaming angry and hate. It almost looks like he wants to kill me. ....all over this damned hollow? Dammit. Why must people be like this? I've got complete control over him, I'm not causing harm to society and I'm protecting humans. What more do these damned people want from me?' Slowly, Zin himself was starting to become angry at Raziel's stubborn ways. However, Zin had a better control over his anger then Raziel appeared to have. He merely let it slide...for now. If he happens to bring it up two or three more times, Zin could possibly snap and tell him to shut up; But he would not attack unless he is physically provoked by Raziel or has had enough of him talking...shit. Taking a deep sigh, Zin turned around to face Raziel directly and folded his arm. "I take it you have a problem with vizards, right?" Asked Zin in a more serious-minded tone; Fully realizing that a fight would now be imminent after revealing his vizard orgins. 'Aye~ If this guy is itching for a fight it's best I take up into the sky. I wonder if this guy has figured out how to manipulate the spirit pratciles in the air so he can take flight as well.' Now Zin was pondering how to keep to battle from causing too much damage to Citizens and Property of Karakura Town. "If you have a problem, dude, just speak up now." Spoke Zin as he stared Raziel dead in the eye.

Raziel stared at the back of the punk's head. Six more days. If this had lasted six solid more days, he'd have been back where he belonged, but it was obvious there was still work to do. He could not leave this unresolved, he needed to use his head, figure out this person's motives, his inner workings, his allies. He had to stop them, and for god sakes it would feel good to send a couple of the bastards back down to Hell with him. " The Visored, " he said, calming and distracting his mind by focusing on words. " Are the biggest group of scum on the face of the planet. I rank them among the hollows themselves. As they are concious of the monstrosities they are, and accept them." He turned on the heel of his foot, facing the man. " I care not your lineage, trash has only one purpose in this world. To be destroyed so that new life may live in its place."
He needed to avoid a fight, to many circumanstances refused to call for it, but he could feel a ticking in the back of his mind. A timer, the two of the of them would draw blades, not now, but soon. He could not let such an insult to creation live on.
As he relaxed with new found will and control, his reitsu began to flow naturally once more. It left his body normally, sped up by the adreneline now racing through his body. Yes, they would fight very soon. His white reitsu drifted about him, eventually focusing on his back, coming out in two very distinct streams. It glistened in his senses, as the streams arched into two powerful wings of spiritual energy, an example of Raziel's will and testament.
" We will speak again." he said, his intention clear from the tone of his voice. " I cannot have a threat acting under my jurisdiction. This is a big city, but just because I can't see you at all times, does not mean I cannot allow you freely act as you wish." He breathed out the last words on his breath, as if they were formed from his breathing itself," Visored... scum..."

Katsuragi Eriko, 3rd Seat of the second squad, as what was once called. Now he lives as a drifter, traveling the human world while honing his strength and power as a shinigami. He'd just returned to Karakura Town after turning down the offer to go to the past with everyone. He felt he had not gained the strength needed to face the enemy that lie in their wake so he stayed behind. He now sat on the roof of a near by building in town with his eyes close and his arms crossed around his legs.
"Man, I've got a lot of work to do in order to catch up with everyone. The thing is I'm pretty much labeled kill on site in the Seireitei so returning to Soul Society to train is out of the question. Not to metion its been years and all kinds of things has happened, I can't even return to see the captain...poor Soi Fon, if I had been there I could have saved her. Oh well, no use crying over spilled milk. I'm pretty sure that thanks to all of the incidents the last generation of captains have diminished. From what I've heard even the old man is gone. So depressing."
He opens his eyes to look out above the day's sky when some crosses his eye. "Hmm, this energy, thats spiritual pressure of a Shinigami." He stood up and took his Zanpakutou Raikiriyu. He looked to one of the lower buildings and saw two people standing looking like they were about to fight.
"One of them is a Shinigami, and the other kid seems familiar...I remember now, thats Yuudeshi Shadin's younger brother. He's grown since I last saw him definately not that little kid following his brother around like a puppy. I can tell he' powered up a bit too." He looked on as these forces seemed as if they would collide soon. "This could get messy, I hope those two take care to make sure they don't cause too much damage. Just because most humans can't see spiritual beings doesn't mean they wouldn't notice the destruction they create."

| | Z i n Y u u d e s h i | | (Zin's Appearance is in the spoiler below and mask below) Zin had never experienced such hate in life as the kind he was receiving from Raziel. It was simply mind blowing how much hate Raziel had stored inside for Vizards. Were they really THAT bad? In history they have been nothing more then a mistake, sure, but in recent years they have shrived for better to fix their broken name. Hell, that's why Zin thinks the Seven Vizard Council was formed. With such a positive example of what the Vizards could become, why even bother dwelling on the past? It made no sense Zin. "I don't know where the fuck you've been, dude, but I can tell you this new generation of Vizards are nothing like the shit you are spewing out of your mouth! We are good people who through circumstance obtained hollow-like powers." Shouted Zin back at Raziel as he balled his fist up in anger. "And by the way, what the fuck do you mean by "Your jurisdiction?" Us Karakura Defenders have protected more times then you people at the Gotei 13." Zin then began to remember all the times when the Gotei 13 were basically useless. "Like when that evil son of a bitch Nero terrorized Karakura Town for months on end and us ending having to kill him a year later! Or when that Ender bastard took over you guys organization!"Zin then pulled out his Zanpukto and had a burst of white reitsu explode all around him. "And if I hear you call me scum one more time I'll blast you out the fucking sky!"

Raziel half-stepped forward, he and the punk were on breathing terms now. His anger, which had been working its way down over the last few moments, it surged with new strength for a split second, before dissapaiting as far as it would. Whatever the reason, Raziel had missed the chance to bring down righteous fury on the visored, his moment of rage passed as he had forced himself into a state of tepid-control.
Now that they were close enough, Raziel could tell, he stood about half an inch taller, overall, than the boy, but their eyes were as close to level as could be. He stared at the boy, his hand falling into a reverse grip on his sword. He believed he should have though out his words, but there was still enough excitement in his blood to overcome such a motion. In control he was, perfectly calm he was not.
" I have no mind to talk to those who spout lies and hypocrisies. You speak of a changed generation, but you still fall into evil habits. You wield evil power next to the purging power of light, and believe yourself in the right for it." He leaned in, a hair away from meeting foreheads," Well let me tell you, when the time comes, he who wields true righteousness will crumble the hypocrits and the damned."
He turned and took a step away, slowly breathing in, " Count your moments as a blessing, you stand unharmed today, but trash must be dealt with at one time or another. " He flash stepped up to his original piece of railing, and looked down at the man again, from over 30 yards away. Even from this distance, their pale aura's clashed and threaded through each other. He yelled down," Hope it is not I who will rid the world of you."
He turned to finally leave, but was struck by the image of another man on ANOTHER roof. Raziel did not want to deal with more bullshit, and from this distance, it was impossible to tell if he was a human or something else, it was hardly worth the effort. " Six more days, " he muttered, as he walked away, " Just six."

Eriko stood and watched as the stranger jump from the building and dissapeared into the distance. A strange aura came from him, as if he was angry, or expelling extreme hatred. "I wonder what that was about." He then turned his head back toward Zin. "Yuudeshi's not in a good either."
Eriko hops off of his building accross the sky toward the one Zin stood on. "Hey, Yuudeshi, remember me?" He asked dispersing his zanpakuto. "I knew your older brother some years back. I used to be with Squad 2 in the Gotei. You may not know me considering I've only seen you a few times before leaving Soul Society." he said looking the raven haired young man.
