Party for the Gotei (Captains)

::Tsubine walked into the offices of Captain-General Yamamoto. He was in his office, but Tsubine went to the big meeting hall. He looked at the other captains...It was abirght and sunny day, birds were chirping, clouds were in the sky....right? WRONG! It was a dark, dreary day where there was rain and lightening and thunder. The wind was whipping, trees were snapping in the distance, roof tiles sliding off... this was bad weather. He looked at his sweetheart Kanokai. She was his all, his love, his everything. He smiled as he walked over to sit beside her...it was pretty much a party here.::

"Well, the Tsubine is here!"

He sighed, and put on a good smile for everyone. He rested his chin on the window sill, looking out at the rain. He pulled the cloak up his arm and stretched his hand out to catch a few raindrops. He ran reiatsu through them, and they were repelled by his skin. He pulled his hand back inside, and tossed the small amount of water back and forth from his hands, it bounced around. He closed his hands and then threw it out the window letting his reiatsu out of it. It streaked across the grey skys and dissipated.
