Kenshin was walking down karakura town in his special gigai was it right to leave the gotei 13? he then saw a hollow attack a little kid. he drew his sakabatou and jumped up "HITEN MITSURUGI RYU!!!........" he turned his sakabatou around making the edge go on the front side "RYU TSUI SEN" the hollow was purified and sent to SS as he helped the boy up "you ok?" he then looked around to see if anyone could see him talk to a soul. it seemed no one payed attention, so he looked at the boy again "so, why are you walking around here?" "i don't know, me and my mommy crashed in a car 3 days ago. and then i saw our bodies while standing outside the car, mommy was stlil alive. but i figured i wasn't so i ran away" "well....." he twisted his sakabatou around again showing the, now glowing, butt of the handle to the boy "it seems to me, it's about time you went to a safer place" he smiled and put the butt on the boy's forehead doing a soul burial

Yukiko walked down the city, peacefully and quietly along with her pet wolves following her as usual. 'Soooo Snow, what are we doing? Huh!? Huh!? Huh?!' said a now fully grown Akuma. The little wolf pup lost his cute look and instead gained a fearsome apperance. "Shut up. I'm going to buy some things." she said sternly. She then saw a shinigami and made a complete halt. "Hmm.." she muttered something that no one caught

As the Soul Burial was completed kenshin sheathed his sakabatou and walked through as if nothing had happened i wonder if anyone saw that he then walked right past yukiko while looking around if anyone saw him i don't think so he then stopped there was a difference in reiatsu there he turned around and touched yukiko's Shoulder "hi"

[Snow]

Yukiko froze a bit then relaxed as she heard his greeting. "Hello.." she said while Akuma and Hana watched him cautiously and making sure their master was not going to be in any harm

he then move his hand down to his side "i have the feeling you aren't an everyday human, that you are not" he then held his hand against the hilt of his sakabatou for his own safety "how may i call you?" he then moved down and petted one of the wolfs "hi little one"

[Snow]

Yukiko watched waryly and spoke softly "My name is Yukiko but most call me Snow.." Her wolves looked at him and growled a bit once they saw his hand on the hilt. "Yes I am not a normal one." she said once again while Hana was being petted

he removed the hand off of his sakaba and pettted the other wolf with it. he then looked up "yukiko-dono, nice name. you're not the talkative type are you?" he then moved up "it seems your wolves take good care of you"

[Snow]

Snow nodded. Her eyes half-open as if she was bored. Hana and Akuma watched him and circled around him, sniffing him and such.

he looked at the dogs "oro?" he then walked past yukiko again "it was nice meeting you, yukiko-dono. but now i gotta leave" he looked over his shoulder to her and smiled, as he walked off

::A massive amount of spiritual pressure appeared in the area. Pebbles on the ground started to shake. Power lines were swaying violently. On top of a building, a lone figure stood there. Short brown hair, a black shihakkso, and a white Haori were blowing violently in the wind. He had a katana by his side, ready to be unsheathed::

"....You, Kenshin Himura....are under arrest by order of Head Captain Yamamoto. Now, will you come with me, or will I have to drag you back to the Central 46? By the way, I'm Tsubine Zarkonheinz, Captain of the Second Division. "

::He flash-stepped in front of Kenshin. His smirk made the air around them turn cold. He was a trained killer, ready to obliterate any enemy. His hand was nowhere near his zanpakuto, but he was a kido master...no kidoushuu or 5th division member could compete with him...except the generals and the captain. He was ready to kill the traitor if he had to::

Kenshin shunpo'd behind Tsubine "i have no intention to fight you. but i won't go back to the gotei either" he put his hand on the handle of his sword. he jumped up "i won't let you take me, Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu: Ryu Tsui Sen" he slash downwards to tsubine as he landed. he then jumped up again "Ryu Tsui Sen - Kan" he thrusted downwards too tsubine. "Sou Ryu Sen" he stood in front of tsubine and used his lightning-fast battou-jutsu to draw his sword and slash it at tsubine. he then slashed with the scabbard. he then moved 3 feet away from tsubine and held his sword out in front of him "Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu: KUZU RYU SEN!!!!" he attacked all nine of tsubine's target points at the same time. he then sheathed his sakaba and stood with his left leg in front.

ooc: please note that kenshin is not using full power because of his special gigai.

::Tsubine wasn't hit at all...His shunpo mirage took the damage (OOC: Sunpo mirage is like the many ichigos ichigo created in the battle with Byakuya). A white light, followed by an explosion, filled the air with dust. When the dust cleared, there was Tsubine. He had fired his white-colored Shakkaho::

"Stand down, young man. Only, if I must shall I unsheath this blade of fate, this executioner's blade. My power is great enough just in my unreleased state to create a crater. I have a second gentekaijou in place, but it's not required...I do it to make fights fair...."

::There was a crater infront of where Kenshin was. You could fit a delivery van inside of it, and there still be room to put a Lamborghini Diablo on top of it. Tsubine had released the regular Gentekaijou and then resealed it. He was toying with Kenshin, but he was still ready to release Tsurugi Tentou or at most, Shugotenshi Tsurugi....::

Kenshin shunpo'd away towards the back i can't defeat him like this he charged forward going right out of his gigai. "Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu Ougi!!!!" he unsheathed his sword "Ame Kakeru....." he slashed at Tsubine, now using his full strength and speed from thought to him by his captain. ".....Ryu No Hirameki!!!!!" he sheathed his sword and stood defenseless "if you survived that. then there is no way i can beat you" he didn't bother looking back, he just held his arms behind his back and waited to hear him fall or to feel him cuff him.

::Again...it wasn't Tsubine he cut....but...a gigai?! But he was still in his shinigami state....it was a limiter gigai for soul reapers....his power was more than tripled. He unsheathed his sword and a white lite blinded everyone for a second...when it was over, there was Tsubine...in white armor and a white sword. He raised his arm and brought it down, firing a getsuga-like attack that followed his sword movements for three seconds.::

"...This is Tsurugi Tentou, my shikai, that was a light whip, a formation of concentrated light reishi and my first of two attacks...this is my next!"

::He raised his arm and small, cutlass-shaped "swords" made the same way as a light whip where fired at him::

He jumped up and evaded the attacks jeez, when i do offer him my co-operation, he doesn't want it. i can't beat him like this, i have to use Maya's power, it's my only shot he unsheathed his sakaba for half "Iyamotto, Maya!!!" he unsheathed his sakaba fully, but now it had a tornado like fire twisting around his blade, that soon after dissapeared. seeming like nothing had changed, but as notice-able, kenshin's speed has improved alot. "Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu: Ryu Tsui......." he attacked him, still falling, when he landed after the attack he turned his zanpakutou around "....Sou Sen!!!!" he slashed upward toward tsubine's head. he twisted and slashed his sakaba at tsubine's neck "Ryu Kan Sen Kogorashi" he then jumped up and slashed at the back of his neck "Tsumuji" he then slashed while salto-ing in the air "Arashi!!!" he then moved back and held his zanpakutou out in front of him as held in bushido
