::The buildings here were like the trees...even though they looked real, they were able to be deconstructed if you could absorb Reishi. That was the problem with this world. It was lead on to be Utopia or Atlantis Incarnate. Even though there was peace here, the farther out you go, the more lawless it becomes. These were the cities that surrounded the Seireitei and the Soul Reapers.
Tsubine Zarkonheinz, now the head of the Second Division of the Gotei Thirteen was one of the ten captains left after Aizen's rebellion. He replaced Soi Fon after he defeated her in battle. He was in his home district....District two...So he stood there. His Shihakkso and Haroi were being brushed up against by the crowded streets as he walked through the maze of alleyways, shops and houses to find his...no it wasn't his home. It was the former house of someone he cared for deeply. It reminded him....of that fateful evening...::
-FLASHBACK-
::Over a hundred-and-twenty years ago, in district two of the Close Districts. It was a massive flood going on. There were riots in the lower districts as far up as to district 23. There was one that was causing the most havoc. A Ramen shop on the main road of district 13. Shinsieki Ramen was owned by Kensuke Shinseiki and the riot there was caused by a small fight that turned into a brawl. The Second Division's 14th Special Patrol Squad was deployed but they couldn't get anywhere, so the Head Patrolman, Zheiner Ri, told the squad to split up and find a way to get to the Riot. If someone found a way, they were to head on to the riot. Tsubine Zarkonheinz, a third-level patrolman, was deployed to head through the north-eastern quadrant to go around the district's drainage system. Even though District Two was the second-most peaceful, thier drainage system at this time was being remodelled so that it could handle a flood like this. The old ones were working fine, but the ones that were being refurnished were being clogged up and flooding. So, Tsubine accepted the order and ran through the mud, his sandals occassionally making him slip a little. However, as he was about to get to the nearest bridge, the rain started to fall harder. He noticed that most people had turned in for the night.::
"Great, and I need to stay out of the rain for a second....huh?"
::There was a light coming from a nice-looking house. Tsubine's chocolate-brown eyes lit up as he ran to the door. He raised his hand and started beating on the door until he heard... *click*...the latch was unlocked::
