Problems (Tsubine and Urahara, Semi-Pre Event)

::Tsubine had arrived in the world of the living from orders of Head Captain Yamamoto from the reports of Captain Hitsugaya. He knew his "powers" were getting out of control and he needed help controlling it. He knew of two people....Shinji who has MIA....and Kisuke Urahara...he would go and see the Ex-head of the R&D Department of the Soul Society. He knocked on the door of his shop at around 11:30pm. He didn't know if anyone was awake....::

"Hey, Kisuke. It's the new captain of the Second Division, we need to talk."

Perverted, Lazy. That's the life of Kisuke Urahara, the honest shopkeeper as he would call himself, but that never was exactly true when it came to Kisuke. He would always mess around in some way shape or form. He sat up from where he was sleeping in the back room as he was doing another experiment. Standing up here streched and cracked about 5 bones and then his neck and his fingers and then walked over toward the door and opened it up and eyed Tsubine up and down and then smiled a little bit.

Kisuke already had known exactly who this was, it was his job as the R & D to be able to find out, anything and everything. All you could hear now was the creaking of the floor boards as Kisuke then had walked over after he had opened the door and then walked over towrd the table that was nearby and picked up a cup of coffee and drank it.

"I know exactly who you are, introductions, are not required. I do know why you are here though, and honestly, i have no clue, hollowification, i did study it, but the thing is that i do not know how to control it or anything. That's a job for the Vizard's themselfs." Kisuke muttered, not even turning around to look at Tsubine.

Kisuke had once experimented with everything about the vizards and had once in his past incountered all of them, but he didn't know what to do except help them along, the best he could do was have Tsubine go to his friend Kenshin and have Kenshin train him and stuff so that Kisuke didn't have to do anything, or even try for that matter. That'd be the lazy shopkeeper for ya.

::Tsubine knew the shopkeeper was lazy....well, very lazy at that. He normally would've killed anyone who dared disrespect him...but this was one of three people Tsubine feared. So he still stood there::

"Kisuke, I know how to hide it. Hell, if I wanted to, I could hollowfy right now....but not fully. That's why I am here. I need to know about this tattoo on my back. Head Captain Yamamoto told Kurostuchi to tattoo that on my back when I became a captain..."

::Tsubine took off his Haori and then his shihakkso. His hakama, tabi, and sandals were the only things visible that he was wearing. He turned around to show Urahara what the tatoo looked like.::

Kisuke listened to what Tsubine had to say and then he did a anime fall, falling right to the ground with his face planted on the hard wood floor and his butt hanging in the air. He then slowly got up and brushed off the stuff from his clothes and taking his bucket hat off he just looked at Tsubine's back and then smiled.

"They always do this, its a limiter, its to limit your powers because noone is supposed to use there full power in Karakura. Cept Icihigo and a select few."

::Tsubine looked at Urahara....he wasn't right on this one. Tsubine turned back towards him::

"Then tell me....why I still feel restricted in the soul society."
