Background:
Born into a wealthy family, mother a famous actress and father is a world renown surgeon. Both of whom are flown all around the world half Izzy move around with them... never staying anywhere very long, but being home schooled and never keeping close bonds with others has turned Izzy into a bit of a cold hearted girl, using those around her for her own amusement... Lying and cheating her way around the scenes to get anywhere... to get noticed... and with her famous mother and father.. this was not a good thing... But her mother and father never wanted to just drop her off at a boarding school, and by taking her around with them they hoped it would help.. in truth it just made it all worse!
At the age of 14 Izzy discovered her powers of Sound Control.. and with it it only added to the High she got from being a Star-Brat... but she never used it if she could get caught... she never wanted to be found out to be a freak! Though she's careless, she took her time to control her powers, using it to cause a bit of chaos and such.. it amused her more and more, but again... she kept it to herself...
She ended up in Japan while her mother works on a new movie, and her father is on holiday from work. She already finished with the high school level of her education and is in the process of thinking over going to college at all... She has no idea what she wants to be, but figures it's better then just laying around and flying around... maybe staying in one spot would be best.. but until then... LET'S PARTY!

Basically a Bitch... Spoiled brat with money and power makes her think pretty highly of herself... She doesn't take shit and is more likely to slap someone then help them... She's not whiny at all, she'll back up her insults and rants with some detailed information... don't fuck with her...

Money, drinking, sex(doesn't sleep with just anyone), doing crazy shit(not drugs), reading, and pissing off her mommy and daddy.

~Sound Control~
Sound Vibrations: Creates vibrations from sounds to cause those around her to have headaches and loose balance. Can also be used to shatter objects...
Volume Manipulation: Can make the sound of a pen dropping loud enough to rupture eardrums and shatter glass. can make a scream sound like a soft squeak.
Mute Button: Can Mute the sound around her at roughly 20 feet around her in a dome like system. Then by 'popping' the dome can screw up the volume of the spot to create and wave of ear splitting sound...
Rave Wave: this is a cute little trick she can do with Music... she can use music as a weapon! Depending on the song she can get a variety of 'song blast' out of them.. Thumping up the bass of the song to make the ground shake and using the screams in some music to shatter stuff and cause blast waves.
Strengths: Getting out of tight spots, reading, sex, and her connections
Weakness: Those on her level or higher, and not able to drive...
